★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, very accommodating to my schedule and left my car sparkling clean when they were finished and even buffed out some extra scratches that I had on the rest of my car that wasn't getting painted. I would definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle got into a little accident. Matthew helped me with all the paperwork and arranged a loaner vehicle.
He was very easy going and friendly. He has the thing that sales persons should have.
Though, the loaner vehicle pick up date got messed up, I still want to give Matthew a 5 stars.
The lady at the front desk got 3 stars compare with Matthew.

I wouldn't even think of going to another shop after the several amazing repairs they have worked on for me (multiple vehicles, with assorted "other drivers" being the reason for needing bodywork done!).

Update - I'd also like to point out something that I noticed. I cleaned my truck top to bottom, spotless before sending it to the gang at craftsman. But somehow it came back cleaner...........this actually impressed my greatly as well.....I can be ...let's say very thorough when cleaning my truck. I'm assuming they gave her a quick blast with the buffer. I feel I should let people drive into my truck more often *wink wink* no this is a joke. But it needed to be said. My truck was very very clean apon arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed our car through an icbc claim. We got side swiped by some fast and the furious Vancity driver. Booked online, came in on an earlier date by mistake and they were very nice and willing to fit me in earlier than my booked date. They estimated 4 day repair job as the parts had to be order and one part was backordered. They ended up fixing everything one day earlier and were able to get the backorder part faster than expected. I was updated at various points of the repair, they did a great job of communicating the status of my car without me having to ask! Overall great and amazing front line staff (we all know the mangers be hiding in office lol). Keep up the great work!!
