★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After further inspection of car after repairs I’ve noticed the following:
- Missing plastic screws used to attach inner fender to bumper
- Reused damaged plastic screws used to attaching inner fender to bumper
- Not inspecting surrounding areas to damaged area
- Physically misaligned headlights and it wasn’t calibrated after physically aligning them
While most listed items above were fixed, I’ve had to drop by shop 7 times to have them addressed. The second last visit was an appointment to take out bumper and confirming all screws in place. After being told that everything is good, I get back home and find it’s missing at least 2 more screws! In My last visit, I couldn’t get a hold of manager. Which made me write to Wade and Connor (owner/senior) about this and I’ve yet to receive a reply.
I’ve left 10/10 review on CSN’s corporate website when I received the car and paid in full believing that everything was done to code.
Positives: Communications with Simone was great in setting up appointments and notifications of repair status. The initial evaluation of needed repairs, options and approximate costs were accurate as outlined by Tim. The bumper cover paint job was great.
Negatives: Lack of attention to details and negligence in out of sight areas. I’ve spent time and gas going back and forth during business hours to have these issues resolved*.
I’d have to order the remaining screws from the dealership and have them inspect the car further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them as one of ICBC's listed approved auto mechanics, as I was rear ended in the Summer and had some black scratches on the rear bumper of my white vehicle. They were fast, professional, and provided me with a clean and 2021 courtesy vehicle. My vehicle also looks great --just like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend going to Elite Xpress as they really seem to care about their customers.

Was provided a rental car, service took a little under a week (including a weekend) and car came back cleaner than I had left it. Overall, super happy I went here and would recommend to those on the North Shore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at Elite Xpress on three different occasions for body repair. Over time, my vehicle was hit on three different time periods (never my fault). However, after they repaired the damages, I was not able to see any previous damages done to my vehicle.
Regarding their customer service and attitude; I have interacted with different workers as my repairs were being done at the company. All of them were very professional, courteous and made sure things were done right.
Yes, I would recommend them to a friend.

They accommodated my requests and brought results that were outstanding for my mothers car. Highly recommend them for a Icbc claim. Paint match was very good and they qualify of work is top notch
