Carlo is a honest , hardworking, professional who always goes above and beyond the job. Not only has he always been able to provide me with effective and hassle free service with a smile ,he also takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. Carlo continually ensures my vehicle is always running at it’s best. I always feel very comfortable as a customer that Carlo has my best interests in mind. This shop saved us a lot of money and a possible accident as they made us very aware of the unsafe condition of the vehicle. After paying a reasonable price for the inspection ($120), we were driving back to the dealership when we received a call from the mechanic offering to sell us a similar vehicle of his own for the same price. The compassion of the people who work here is reason enough to support the business. We are not from Vancouver, but if I ever need a mechanic in this area again, Milano will be my first call for sure!

Once we heard he opened up his own repair facility, we moved all of our business to him. He’s very personable and easy to reach out to. It’s hard to come by an honest mechanic nowadays. He lets us know what’s urgent and items that can wait until the next service. This helps us budget for the next set of repairs. He removed it from the loop and replaced the belt with a shorter one, also somehow finding a rare tensioner that needed replacing, and topped up the oil. Fantastica! I have finally found a shop for Alfie! (not to mention he's a very nice guy)

We called Milano Works Auto Repair and asked if they could assist before we headed to Whistler. They took us within ten minutes and addressed the issue within a minute! Carlo is awesome to work with. He knew what the issue was right away and provided great customer service! Thanks to him we quickly addressed our issue and we were able to head off to the hiking we had planned. Highly recommend!!
