I can't say enough great things about Kyla and Rachel from Autoline Toyota. I purchased my Tundra in 2020, and Rachel and Kyla made my experience so enjoyable and easy. So much so that we decided to come back and purchase another vehicle from them this past week. These two people are directly the reason why we come back to Autoline. If you're looking for a Toyota, go to Autoline Toyota and ask for Rachel. You will not regret it!

Awesome experience with Rachel (Salesperson) at Autoline Toyota. Just picked up my 22 Tundra this week after picking up my wife’s 22 Prius last week. They gave us the highest trade in value on our vehicles and continue to treat us like family. Gordon was great to deal with as well ensuring the vehicle delivery and paperwork went smooth. Had a great experience purchasing the highlander. Akhil was thorough and explained every part of the purchasing process. Initially, I was skeptical that I would get the truck on time, but it was delivered as promised. Everything went smooth and we are pleased to own the highlander. I came to this Toyota service for my car maintenance twice after moving to Niagara Falls and I had the worst service experience. After leaving my car in the store they called me to pay $900 extra for changing some parts and filters. I said yes. When I took my car back I was given a sheet showing all the items that they worked on. Two days later I was there to change my windshield and this time I found a note in the car that they ran my car through a test and there were some failing parts. I went inside and told them that I was in for maintenance two days ago how come this was possible. I was told that the paper in my car was put by a mistake! I’m my second time, two days after the service, oil change signal was showing up they said they forgot to reset. Also When I was cleaning my car after the visit I saw that all the wires under my driver seat were uncovered and out. I asked the manager and he was very angry sitting in his desk as a school principal and telling me off saying they never touch inside the car but their maintenance check report stated that they rearranged the seat and the seat belts. I also asked the to change my headlight bulbs the man told me it is 80 dollars! This place is terrible.
