Mid City is very reliable and accommodating, made my first purchase 3 years ago, Cadillac Escalade, loved my vehicle, and when I was ready to downsize, I talked with the owner and he was quick to get a Cadillac SRX for me, which has been great. I also service my vehicles at Mid City as the mechanics are very efficient, and affordable. Looking forward to my next purchase!

I didn't want to write a bad review, I really gave a lot of chances to have a good out come in my opinion. Chris wasn't hard to work with, everything was fairly easy. I liked my car I only came to look at one and bought it. However, agreeing to allow things to happen after the purchase was the wrong choice. When looking at the car there was a rust spot that was very obvious on the back. I was told it's getting fixed. There was also no Antenna on the car, but I was told there would be a new one. The navigation on the front dash had also been removed or stolen I guess. I didn't care about the navigation so much so I didn't push for everything, but I didn't want a rusty car that didn't even have a radio you could play, but he assured me it would get done....well, it didn't. I contacted over and over and he said things like, it's too cold right now for paint to dry. So I waited. Contacted again when it was warmer.... no response to my paint question ...and of course no antenna. So I just went and got one. A week into having my car I had a huge explosion of oil underneath. $1400 later I didn't even ask Chris for anything. I did let him know. But cars break ok I get it. I didn't agree to an unbreakable car, a week after that, another 1000 fix was needed, that I just couldn't afford with the cost of the car plus everything else. So I purchase this nice car hoping to promote my business on the back, but with the rusty patch I'm just too embarrassed to put my business name on there. I'm just sad more then anything. I trust people and I don't think that's a bad thing to do....just sucks when they don't follow through. I'm not saying don't go here, just be sure to make sure everything is done that is promised before you leave. Out of sight out of mind I guess. In my case the rust spot is a huge eye sore :(

I bought a toyota sienna, I told them exactly what I was looking for and they got it for me. I just love it. The servers I received was amazing, they listened to everything I wanted and got it. I highly recommend mid city motors. Thank you guys for being so helpful and making buying a vehicle so easy and stress free?

Hello there and Yes I bought a vehicle that I was also told air conditioning was working. Not True within 1 week the Compressor seized and fried the belt. Also car sold to me certified but the brakes squealed and it sounded like the screaming brakes of a freight train. They have a bad habbit of gas lighting people and out right lying. So incredibly Disappointed at this time so many business cannot operate and these guys just take full advantage of their own customers. Shameful. Also now after a total of only 9 days the brakes failed. I called Shane he told me to tow it to their shop at my expense. He was Rude Condescending and acted like a child while I spoke with him. He spoke over top of me refused to come get the vehicle. I reported them to the Ministry and I hope other people do as well!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After putting a deposit on a vehicle I emailed Mike next day advising I changed my mind because the km were too high. I requested deposit back and he said he would talk to owner. After several days I emailed again he asking when i would receive my refund he said I was told no refund, this was never mentioned any point until this. After many emails finally agreed I would be provided refund however was being charged a $65 administration fee.

Chris seems very genuine and solid. I bought a very low mileage f150 supercrew last week from him and he seemed to really go the distance to make sure my experience with him was top shelf. I had been looking for one with low mileage for a while and this was THE FIRST one I looked at and within half an hour I bought it and paid for it on the spot.....he made me feel comfortable enough to pay him outright without leaving with the truck....that in itself is a feat for me! I appreciate the no BS attitude and it didn’t feel like I was dealing with used car salesman. I would advise anyone to visit him when looking to buy a newer vehicle. When I picked it up a week later (fully serviced, safetied and detailed) he even pointed out a few spots that would need attention in the near future, when he could have just waved goodbye and watch me drive down the road!(As well he did a few things above and beyond the terms of the purchase) Time will now tell if I got a good one, but I love the truck and it was everything I was looking for. Also the price was very competitive with others that had a lot more mileage. Thanks again Chris

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. Within 24 hours i was driving it. Very quick and comfortable process. They have a large selection of premium vehicles, you can tell they have been carefully picked. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a new vehicle.
