K	Krystyna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Quiet location. Nice and welcoming "country" ambiance as expected. Roomy with older country aesthetic, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast is ok--2 hot items as well as usual continental fare. Kind staff. Hot tub and pool that is open until 12am! Negative: NOT FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. Elevator has been out of order for YEARS--I guess there's no plans to replace it. There are two flights of stairs to 2nd level. Fortunately the staff offered & carried my items up for me.
L	Lubna Hussain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a little over a 100 bucks for a suite. The carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. When we opened the sofa bed, there was garbage underneath. The cushions were so dirty I didn't put my head on it without a towel over it. The towels looked like they had been ripped in half to increase quantities. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice too. However they need to step up on cleanliness.
M	Miranda Marcy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay here was phenomenal. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them! Housekeeping is quick and thorough, the front desk staff are friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have what you need (coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave). There is a pool, hot tub, exercise room and laundry, as well as a couple vending machines. There is a Tim Hortons, A&W, and Burger King within walking distance of the hotel. The only downside (less on the hotel and more of a city issue) is the lack of sidewalks connecting to the rest of the city in a convenient manner. If you're using a wheelchair or stroller this makes walking places a bit harder, requiring some planning. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!
J	Jon Oxley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bed...and off the main drag so very quiet. Our room had really easy to control air flow, too, so it was easy to control temperature to our liking. All amenities are exactly as described on website. Proximity to the airport was key for us. Great value

Airport was close by. we were picked up by a cab immediately upon calling the hotel. Enjoyed pool/hot tub. Negative: There was nothing we didnÂ¿t enjoy. Staff were very good, courteous and helpful. Provided all the info at the front desk. Definitely recommending the place to anyone looking for accommodations. Shout out to front desk staff on night duty. You were amaz
S	Surinder Lally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accommodations. Clean. Most of the staff was very helpful,.especially Cole and the clerk who added the extra night we decided to stay for. Breakfast was great. It included fresh waffles. Would have been 5 stars if the elevator was working or at least hotels.com or their own website had indicated the elevator wasn't working because at least I could have asked for a room on the first floor. Both my sister and I have mobility issues so stairs are hard and my son had to go up and down 4 times to get our stuff into the room. The clerk that first night didn't even offer to help.

Great value for your money. Strongly recommended for families. Customer service was amazing. We forgot something at the hotel and the staff took the time to call us to notify us. Thank you!
t	tanisha woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights in the jacuzzi suite. We had a couple small issues that the front desk fixed within minutes!! Overall I loved the stay the front desk staff were soo friendly and helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very good. The lady working the breakfast on our last morning there was an absolute angel she was so attentive. I very much enjoyed the breakfast! The pool was so nice I love that it's open till 10 for kids and midnight for adults. We often had the pool to ourselves which was a real treat! The staff were the absolute best ever and we very much enjoyed the stay.
