Rooms were not the cleanest, did horrible repairs to holes on the wall, my husband had to change the air filters because they are so filthy it set off my daughters asthma. Tried telling me that service dogs were not excepted until manager stepped in. Very disappointed that the hot tub broke and staff wouldn’t do anything to fix it (main reason we picked this hotel) towels were so small they should of been hand towels … had a shortage of towels…. had to get from the staff up front so it sucked if u forgot a towel. Overall wouldn’t stay here again

Aged hard boiled eggs, waffle makers falling apart, juice dispensers that were not properly functioning (more water than juice) made for a disappointing morning. The whirlpool had tepid water at best. Definitely not worth the stay

Actually It was even farther and longer for us today when the shuttle picked us up with others, delivers them to the Comfort Inn North, returned us to the airport to pick up others and then delivers all to the South hotel. Our entire trip took 45 minutes! Never again.
A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a good experience. Unpleasant staff. Stained mattress on the hide-a-bed. The mattress on the king bed was very uncomfortable. Don't know when the carpet was vacuumed. The lock for the adjoining room was on the other side. Someone could have tried to get into our room. I overheard the staff telling someone there room was in the basement.
J	Jimmy Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel will throw away any items you leave I. Your room regardless of what it is. I stayed in this hotel hotel April 22-24, 2022. I called the evening of the 24th when it was discovered a toiletries bag had been left in the hotel room that had my sons retainer. I called for over half an hour before anyone answered. When they finally did they said they would check and call back. No one called. I called on the morning is April 25th, Was told the same thing, no one called. I Called at 3:00 on April 25th to be told most likely the staff threw it away!!! But still no one knew for sure and they would call back and no call. I was already disappointed with our stay as the blankets were dirty, the hot tub was cold and the keys frequently wouldn’t work and had to be reset. Clearly the staff, owners and management don’t care about guests. There are plenty of other hotels in a similar price range that can offer you a better experience. Now that I know it is common practice to throw away left behind items I will be staying away from Comfort Inns
K	Kelly Bateman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a used piece of undergarment in our bed and when we took it down to the front desk, all that was offered was a 15% discount and couldn’t change our rooms. She proceeded to tell me the manager would be in the next morning, which he was not. I have called numerous times to talk to the manager and he hasn’t returned a single call, even though the other lady said he would issue a 50% refund after about my 5th call. It has been three weeks and I have yet to see my refund and I am not getting a call back. If you’re going to be a manager, do your job. I paid $118 to sleep in a bed that had someone’s used undergarment in it. Purely disgusting. Horrible hotel and service; we will never be back.

Also, when letting the maids know that we needed clean bedding, they completely passed our room. Breakfast isn't good. Pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they first filled it. Hot tub is luke warm at best. The slide actually hurts when you go down it- it's not slippery even with the water on. We also had teenagers playing knock knock ditch until 2am. Staff did nothing about it. Overall, the worst hotel I've ever been to. Will not return.

Got the pool, slide and hot tub all to ourselves due to covid restrictions the evening of check in and the morning before checkout for 45 minutes each. Specifically stayed here for that. The pool area was disgusting in the evening but was cleaned and better in the morning. The bedroom seemed dusty and unused in some time. The lights flickered so bad in one lamp with such forceful electricity sounds that we took the bulb out and gave it to the front desk upon checkout to ensure no fire occurred. Things could have been cleaner but it was satisfactory for our birthday celebrations and for the price over a holiday weekend. The king mattress was SO COMFORTABLE, wow, I don't think I have ever slept better away from home. A lot of things need improved upon but with this pandemic dragging on so long I am happy that I was able to find something within the city I could afford and get exclusive use of the pool area, how many people can say that? With a slide and hot tub? The woman upon check in was lovely, a man later brought towels into the pool area and seems to hate his life based off the scowl on his face but, not my problem. Without the exclusive pool access this would have definitely been a 2 or 3 star review. Oh and the bagged breakfast option leaves a lot to be desired but it could be a lot worse! Just so happy to have gotten out of the house honestly ?.
