V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: DidnÂ¿t like the fact it said a pool and then it was not available and no hot food available unless you ordered skip the dishes. Marilyn at front desk should get promotion as she is a leader and professional. Negative: Construction and non pool or hot food. Again Marilyn should be a manager she was so good with people and myself.

Thermostat was disconnected. Room was extremely hot and I had to open the windows to cool it off. Left windows partially open overnight - still woke up with a nose bleed because of the heat and dryness.
R	Rachel Budden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so frustrated with this hotel. Not only did I feel like I got ripped off with the price but they charged me $55 for a pet fee! That is ridiculously high. I just drove from Ontario to BC and every hotel I stayed at along the way charged either $10 or $20. I had put on the notes when booking that I wanted a ground floor and I had pets. When I arrived, he said he had the ground floor room was ready for me and I mentioned the animals and he said that wasn’t written down anywhere and I said I added it to the notes. The same notes that mentioned ground floor so how did you see that but not the pet information. Not once did he tell me how much the fee was going to be. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have stayed there. $160 at this hotel with bad air con was not worth it. Oh and I didn’t get my breakfast that I was on my booking.
A	Alexandra Casault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay amazing at first. Everyone was nice. And room was clean and the price was great. The staff were extremely helpful. There was this young man Dustin I believe his name was, he went above and beyond his job description for me. I was in a pinch with my dog . Dustin had a dog and was staying at the hotel and offered to help me out. Off the clock and when I tried to pay him he refused to take it. He was just being genuine. My dog loved him and his dog. My dog has mad anxiety and hates to be alone he will bark the entire time I'm gone. Sure the hotel would of loved that. So I was very disappointed to learn that Dustin actually got fired for this! Seems hardly fair. I feel terrible that happened to him especially this he is the only reason my stay was good. I was gonna tell people about this place buy if Dustin's no longer there I'd just be waiting my breath.
Y	Yogesh Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with family and it’s awesome stay here. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms and areas are really clean. Compare to high rated hotels this one is very cheap and give luxurious facilities. I really recommend to all.
L	Luisa Toussaint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they are renovating everyone was really nice...and the rooms were clean and spacious had a fridge, and had a nice wider tub then most hotels. The beds were comfy. Overall very nice stay, will deff come again. :)

I drive truck and mattresses are always a big thing with me. Excellent mattresses here! Loved the room, it was incredible. Fabulous free coffee in the lobby in the morning too

The staff made my stay so enjoyable and were there for anything I needed. The hotel provided impeccable cleaning services. The view was stunning with west facing balcony facing downtown Calgary. The sunsets were beautiful from my room! I loved the modern updated room. Very comfortable bed as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
