β β β β β Digital check is brilliant! On arrival we walked right up to our room bypassing front desk line. They send Digital key to your mobile. Staff friendly and rooms spotless.

β β β β β Great greeting when you arrive. Tonnes of free stuff coffee water head phones at the gym. Indoor pool was nice. The only thing is the rate of the room. Little high if you ask me.

β β β β β I would have really liked it if they were more accommodating to vegans at breakfast. There weren't a lot of options. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I was in one of the rooms with the Jacuzzi tub and it was really nice but when we turned the Jets on some gunk came out. Otherwise it was a really lovely stay.

β β β β β Always enjoy staying here. It's nice to finally have the hot breakfast back.
I use this hotel about once a month, sometimes every two weeks throughout the winter.
I live off grid so i get a room and bring my laundry and have a nice soaking bath. Sometimes my husband will join me for a date night and we do dinner and a movie.
Always friendly and I have yet to meet an employee that isn't kind and attentive to my needs.
The hotel is probably due with some updating here and there but over all I always feel safe and welcome when I stay here.

β β β β β Amazing place to stay. Very clean and cozy, front desk staff are polite and prompt at helping guests. There is food around the area that is amazing as well. I recommend people stay here if they need a place to stay!

β β β β β booked an overnight outing in the whirl pool room. We enjoyed ourselves even though covid had everything shut down. room was very clean but bed and shower could use an updating. all in all great stay

β β β β β Took a little mini getaway day up to North Bay, our second time staying here. Our room was very nice, we (husband and I) stayed in the whirlpool tub room on the top floor. The room had a very nice comfy king-size bed, we did request extra pillows and got them promptly. Service at the front desk as very friendly; however we checked in via the app, which was a very smooth process.
The only gripe I had was one of the light fixtures (see photo) had seen slightly better days and could go for a little TLC, but that's it. The room was clean, the property is clean and nicely maintained and the parking lots (front and back) were kept clear and salted (it was very icy!)
Would absolutely stay again, and I absolutely recommend the whirlpool tub; nothing melts the stress away quite like it! βΊ

β β β β β Friendly, attentive staff. Clean rooms. The location is very convenient, especially for shoppers. Bottles of water are made available free of charge which I really appreciated after a long drive. The other amenities (pool, 24-hour fitness room, courtesy breakfast) make this a great pick for the economy-minded.
