The staff member was rude, condescending, argumentative, disrespectful and extremely arrogant. He also treated other staff with no respect. How is this man even working, at any job.

R	RANDO LANE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for the price I was Leary of the location at first as downtown can be a little scary north bay has had a hard time lately but I will say it was really quiet and peaceful the room was nice updated and felt good tv was a bit small and the was room needs to be cleaned but all in all happy with the stay and the dude at the front desk gave me some free Pepsi which sealed the deal 7 of 10 for sure

I offered him my passport as identification and paid by credit card but he demanded that I show him my licence or something with my address on it, which I did not have in my possession. He then insisted I pay a $250 deposit charged to my credit card. When checking out becore 12pm, as agreed, the managers uncle said I could wait in the room rather than in lobby, as my ride was late to arrive. The manager returned, engaged in an argument with me, then told me he was deducting $20 from my deposit as he he didn't like me arguing with him. I strongly protested. He also spoke poorly of his uncle and old people. However, had it not been for his uncle, I would rate this establishment as -10. However I give it a zero. It was a very unpleasant experience, except for the uncle, and his wife. I do not recommend Knights Inn.

I always prefer comfort and good service and i was impressed with the staff here Ravi and V they provided good service. Moreover, room was too comfortable and clean. Although i stay in northbay but in case i have guest here i will recommend them to stay here in this motel.
K	Kerry Desilets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk was excellent!! I called everywhere in North Bay looking for a quote for a room for a single night. Each previous phone call was at least five minutes in length and required significant amount of information regarding my trip to get an answer. I was then heavily pressured to book their room. When I called the Knights Inn, I didn't have to give any info other than date/number of nights/number of people, and he gave me a quote within 3 minutes. And I was not bullied into booking the room after receiving the price. I will be definitely going back here whenever I need a room in the North Bay area. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and it is a rather old building but I love how the management of this establishment is running and it's extremely worth it.
