The hotel ambiance and the room was nicely maintained. Rooms were quite spacious and had all amenities including mini fridge and microwave. Staff are spontaneous. The only flaw here is they really don’t know what β€œBreakfast” consist of. They just handover a paper bag packet which consists of mainly sweet items. ??

Price was good for what they offer. Front desk people are not that friendly. Nobody follows the mask wearing protocols. Had to pay for a $260 damage deposit plus fee of the hotel room. Things are so disorganized. Front desk are not professional. You definitely feel lost, have to find your own way to your room. No info about pool and hot tub as well as the prebooking for the amenities.

My came there few days back with my friends. The ambiance is good. Moreover, their staff is really friendly and helpful. The front desk guy Jagjiwan Singh was really helpful and had such a sweet gesture. He is a great guy. He treated us so well. Nice staff. ? will come again to stay here.

I see most of the negative reviews seem to be regarding the staff and not the cleanliness, however I felt entirely the opposite. I thought that the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to us. My only qualm if any is that for a 3 star hotel, the shower in our room only had two settings: cold, and scalding. Maybe this was an overlooked maintenance issue. Beyond that the staff were great, they have helped me recover an item we left there and it's waiting for me to pick it up. I got a great deal on the room and I'd stay here again if the price was right.

Check in was efficient, although impersonal. The room appeared clean aside from the face of the toilet. I ended up extremely frustrated however with complete lack of information regarding their pool. On their website it said the spa was closed but said nothing about the pool/hot tub. After check in, I looked around my room for a brochure to see where the pool was. There was absolutely no information regarding it in the room, or in the confirmation emails I received. So I went looking for it and found it off the lobby. After dinner, I went down to go use the pool and my key wouldn't work. So I inquired at the front desk and they asked if I had a reservation. I said no, I didn't know that was required. Turns out they only allow two rooms in the pool at a time each hour I believe for 45 minute time slots. They also require you to provide them with proof of vaccination, which didn't matter because the pool wasn't available for me anyway. None of this was disclosed at any time and the front desk clerk looked at me like I was somehow in the wrong for not knowing. I had specifically looked for a hotel with a pool and checked their website to ensure it wasn't shut down due to Covid. So I was not impressed with the service and lacking necessary information regarding paid amenities. It was worth the price still, as it was cheap accommodation, but could have been a 5* instead of a 2* review with some simple information on their website and a visual check of their cleaning.

Value for your money. Keep that in mind. I enjoyed the cookie and juice box, when I got home I gave it to my son, he loved it. Free parking, no housekeeping but the fact we paid 40 dollars for the night, we weren’t bothered by it. I looove that there is always hot water, no matter what time of day or night. We really appreciated that! Thank you. Reception was nice and got the job done and accommodated us, even when we could have been charged for late check out, they didn’t. Hint… if you want fresh linens everyday, change your room.

Considering the price, everything was exactly as expected. It’s a good hotel to stay at for a night or two. We only stayed one night. The beds were comfy. It’s outdated and run-down. Wasn’t super dirty but definitely were some spots that had never been wiped down (ex: there was a build up of dust on the outlet in the bathroom that the discoloured, old hair drier was plugged into). I would get rid of the old, red throw pillows on the beds as they don’t have pillow cases. Makes me wonder if they ever get washed. The breakfast is a juice box, cookies, and granola bar. All the people complaining about it should just get nothing. What do you expect? It’s a small snack. I appreciated that they even offered that considering the low room rate. Front desk people were nice. Free parking. Close to Earls, Cactus Club, etc. I’d stay again if only for one or two nights!

While overall the hotel room was clean, I noticed a couple missed items from the last people to have the suite (one shampoo bottle half used and a water bottle under a night stand), the suite was rather clean and the beds were comfy. The A/C/Heating unit is very effective and the shower water pressure is good. I had an issue with the key cards opening the door and had to have staff let me in after I got my breakfast. The breakfast was a small snack but for ~50 a night it's not too bad!
