★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was traveling by Ontario Northland Bus Services from Toronto to Kirkland Lake a blizzard happened closing highways from Temagami, Ontario to New Liskeard, Ontario. I was able to access a room from our Bus and be dropped off in front of the Holiday Inn. Check in was fast a security deposit is required if you you a debit card. My credit card was having issues. My sincere Thanks to front desk clerk Natasha and kitchen operator Lisa. I was able to extend my stay until 3pm well past the regular check out time due to my Bus departure time of 4:15 pm. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn 1325 Seymour Street here in North Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay. Beds are ok. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety. Pool was warm. Great location and surprisingly quiet for being right next to the highway. Very impressed.

Elevator felt as though they were overdue for maintenance.
Guest room is in need of update and the linens on one bed were stained and had hairs the other bed was fine. Why, was by do they insist on using toilets that are so very low when far better ones are available.
Hot breakfast was available although of questionable quality and we had to wait for someone to check us in (Covid Reg’s) the person there appeared not to be interested in doing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this hotel to be be clean, quiet and spacious. The room had more surface area to set bags and belongings. Loved the choice of pillows (it’s rare there is a pillow flat enough for my taste!). Staff was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel. The location is perfect with walk access to amazing local delights like Wacky's right across the road. The amenities are good with Dove soap and unlimited complementary coffees at the lobby. The rooms are clean and sleeping is a real joy. Will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I came to North Bay to pick up my daughter from college. We were all very pleased with the room. The colors were beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was fantastic. Definitely stay again when I come back again
