★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay to park our car there for our trip and the service was excellent, we lost our car keys there. They were able to fin it and keep it safe for us until we came back from our trip. We came back at 1am and they send us a cab to takes us to the hotel. Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable and reasonably convenient location for an airport hotel. Very friendly staff during my stay. Do check your map when planning your travel. This hotel is a little farther from the airport than it appears on the map. Plan on 12-15 minutes door to door. Also, limited food/restaurants nearby. Plan accordingly if you have particular needs or tastebuds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we did not stay here - we did the park & ride in November and it went so smoothly we are booked to do it again through them in January! There was a lovely blonde lady at the desk (wish I got her name so I could give recognition! She was working Nov. 3rd at 7 AM if that helps) who was so nice, answered all my questions and got our taxi driver ready for us. Thank you so much Hilton for making our drive from Edmonton to fly out of Calgary airport super easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot , they've got a nice Gym with Precor treadmills (one of the top brand) . very convenient location (only15 min drive to chinook center and 10 minutes to airport).
Staff at the front desk (Wynn, Jade , Felix )are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and pillows.
Price is very reasonable
stayed there March31 to April 6 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant food was quite good and the service excellent.
The location was close (but not too close) to the airport and easy to go places from.
Overall it was a great stay, I wish I had taken advantage of the pool though. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed was comfortable & room was quiet. Basic room but definitely adequate for a night or two.
One negative - booked this hotel specifically because it advertised ‘ Free shuttle has you covered in Calgary We're 10 minutes south of the airport – our free 24-hour shuttle will get you there and back.’ We waited at the airport shuttle pick up location in freezing cold wind & snow at 10 pm for the shuttle but no shuttle showed up / had to take a cab that cost $25 to get to the hotel. Had tried to find a local # for hotel & only found Hiltons 1-888 #… front desk clerk advised they wouldn’t cover the cab cost since we didn’t call, but they did cover our cab back to the airport the next morning because there was NO shuttle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service from everyone at the hotel. Dealt with Felix prior to arrival who was very accommodation for all of our special requests traveling with a baby and having difficulty with the online booking. The waitress, cook and front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful as well throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean despite not being a new hotel. The only suggestion would be to increase the temperatures in the pool a bit because it was chilly! We'll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my family. The overall experience was really great. I had concerns about cleanliness but special thanks to the cleaning lady "Nazim" (I think that's her name). I saw the way she cleaned. It was thorough and also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff were super nice and came over to talk to my 7 month old baby. Definitely visiting again.
