t	tianna Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros- The hotel was amazing, the food was really good. The pool and waterslides were awesome. Cons- All of the drink vending machines were out of order on all floors so we had to get stuff delivered to the hotel. The sofa pull out bed had the worst mattress on it, I could feel the bars through the mattress it was so thin and uncomfortable, I had to end up putting the mattress on the floor.
A	A Fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for one night before our flight out of Calgary Airport. We chose this hotel because of the pool for the kids and it did not disappoint! There were two good sized hot tubs as well. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Rosa and her staff provided friendly and prompt service. The people who stayed at hotel were happy with their rooms as well. Would recommend for future meetings.
T	Tanner Leavitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean hotel, great waterpark that the kids loved. I did deduct a couple stars as we had a run in with a staff member who was a little unfriendly. We did book several rooms for a extended family weekend, the kids were obviously excited to see their cousins and may have been a little noisy in the hallway on their way to get ice, these are kids under 10 and there were 4 or 5 of them together. A staff member got after them and told them to get back to their room once on the way to get ice and again on the way back. Then a staff member came to our room and was a little threatening saying "this will be your only warning, our next conversation will go quite differently". I understand staff checking in and keeping things quiet, but it was only just after 9pm, the pool was still open, there are going to be kids in the hall. Maybe calm down a little and don't threaten your guests, especially if it isn't even quiet hours. We are a respectful family, but this staff member made us feel belittled. I don't think we will stay here again.

Great kid friendly options for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very kind and accommodating for all of our requests :) We'll be back again for future family vacations for sure ?

Our travel plan changed a last minute and Gary was able to accommodate our request. If we can need a hotel stay again in Calgary, we will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends.

It was -25 and Cliff and the staff helped us by trying to jump the car numerous times and offering us refreshments. They were so kind and went above and beyond. They are the best! Earlier, Rachel at the front had our pizza taken to our room while we were swimming in the "epic pool" (stated by my 10 year old). Truly appreciate the good hearted service here. Came for the pool but got so much more ❤ Thank you!
L	Lindsay Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted a family weekend getaway and this place delivered big time! We had supper downstairs and it was good, front staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We requested two housecoats and extra towels and they came quickly. The pool/oasis is amazing. Staff give you towels at check in, beach side “pool chairs” that are well spaced out, lots of room, tonnes of life jackets to borrow. Staff are extremely present and they checked the pool quality a few times. We will definitely be back just for the water park. I suggest bringing flip flops and a pool bag to bring things you need, also kid housecoats for going to and from water park on main level. Only recommendation for the room would be earplugs as second floor you could hear lots and an eye mask if worried about light at night, as the door has a slight space at bottom so light comes through a bit. My kids and myself give this 2 thumbs wayyyyy up! Thanks for making our first girls family weekend incredible!!!
