A	Andy Maksymetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not stayed here- I was just a visitor. The amenities are excellent. The colour scheme is contemporary. The service is efficient and courteous. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you've got business downtown you may want to check it out.
J	Justin Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience here was bitter sweet. First the positives. Beautifully decorated rooms, nice fitness centre, good atmosphere at the restaurant. The staff was very accommodating with many things, including giving the kids treats at checkout. 5 stars The negatives - the walls are paper thin, you can hear every squeak and groan from the rooms around you and the hallway making it impossible to sleep when it was as busy as it was. The pool is never open. We stayed here a year ago and the pool was closed due to mechanical failure, same story this time. This is a poor choice if you have kids, but a great choice if your getting black out wasted and roaming the halls at 2am.
J	Jai Diacon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great group of people. The front desk interaction was absolutely lovely. The room was a standard appointment. Bed. Chair. Desk. Super spacious bathroom and shower had overhead and/or the wand. The coffee station moved off the desk is nice, but I had to move the coffee maker to the desk to plug it in. Underground parking. If you have a tall truck or van... You can fit. Just know there is only room on the first level. Parkade elevator will get you to the lobby level. There is a rooms elevator. A solid downtown location with good walking distance food, shopping, and points of interest.
T	The Bhatman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desirable hotel located in a less desirable part of town. The weekend we went was quite busy with hockey teams, so there was a lot of noise in the hallways. Staff were good and all service requests were accomplished quickly. The hotel restaurant is decent but expensive. Fitness centre is markedly better than your average hotel. The room was nice. The rainfall shower cubicle with the glass door that doesn't close is not for the faint of heart.
K	Kelly Rogers Di Giulio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel! Lovely rooms and staff. I give 4 stars because I miss the Starbucks/coffee shop in the lobby. It was so handy before to be able to get a nice coffee without leaving the hotel. Now the closest place to get coffee is a good 10 minute walk. Not always ideal in the middle of winter.
M	Matt Peppes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time staying at this hotel and we had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff was friendly and had us checked in fairly quick. Their self parking is super easy with an underground lot and elevator access that takes you directly into the lobby. We originally booked a king bed guest room although since I was a platinum Convoy member, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom junior suite. We also received access to the Elite Lounge on the 24th floor, which was a very nice perk as we didn’t even now this hotel had a lounge. The room was great and had a good amount of space. It also felt clean, which in this day and age is always a plus. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of counter space for our items. The living area had a few seating options as well as a nice sized desk. The couch even pulled out into a sofa bed which could be good for small families. The bedroom had a good amount of space and the bed itself was very comfortable. The main reason for not giving 5 stars was due to there being a fire station right at the bottom of the hotel. So all throughout the night, you heard the sirens blazing as they rolled out of the station. Nothing a little white noise machine couldn’t help but still was a little annoyance from time to time. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly stay here again when our travels bring us back to Calgary.
M	Marieke Odermatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Delta Downtown Calgary was amazing! There was my husband and I and our two daughters and stayed here for 5 wonderful nights. Our rate was great, especially for being downtown. Room was large, bright and comfy. Everything was very clean and updated with a wonderful bathroom and great lighting. Enjoyed the large TV and able to watch Netflix on it as well. We also enjoyed the pool/hot tub, and fitness rooms (great equipment) The staff are incredible. Check in went so smooth, fun and fast. They were so attentive throughout our stay and would provide us with anything we would ask for. Easy to get parking all the time as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
S	Shawna Joel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Delta Marriott Downtown and was very impressed with cleanliness & free parking. We had drinks in the lounge after our dinner outside of the hotel. The lounge was very comfortable with the beautiful fireplace and comfortable furniture. Our server definitely added to our experience in the lounge as she went over and above to make sure that we were taken care of and making sure that we had the perfect bottle of wine as some of us are quite picky! Servers are such and important part of making sure your time is a lovely experience. I would definitely come back and request Melanie in the lounge as she was absolutely amazing and added to our experience at the Marriott!
