R	Ron Glass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked for this company for two days and in that time I was told by the owner if I used the wrong rake, it would be wrapped around my Fing neck. I was told if this was the "old days" he would have punched me in the face. He said if he ever sees those laborers doing that again he was gonna slit their throats. All this on a professional construction job site. They cut corners and dont care if trees are too low or too high, they hide all their garbage under the roots of trees. In decades of employment I've never in my life experienced or even heard of a company so insanely unprofessional and physically threatening. Have you ever been screaming death threated by your boss? If this company tries to get a contract from you or if you are thinking of working for them...run as fast as you can and thank me later!

Owner says he will pay high rates once u see your paperwork after hes used you for a couple days its diffrent than rate agreement. This company is a joke. Poor quality work . And zero leadership. Stay away . There will be a injury or fatality with these clowns.

I have the experience for the job and she said that she would let the job supervisor know and if he is interested he would contact me. No call either way to say if they were interested if not. I did question the bad reviews online and Tracy seem to have answers for all the bad reveiws defending the Lorraine. I am sure that all of the reviews given by previous employees are true. Please don't call me to drive your truck because I don't work for irresponsible employers.

It takes all kinds, and this company may have hired a few " bad apples" in the past. It's a small company but they get the work done. I made really good money and was paid by EFT. No issues!
D	DAN Stech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poorly ran company! I worked here for only over a month and was lied to and burned for hours and wages. Heather is two faced. I was there an hour early and stayed an hour late (UNPAID) everyday took constant abuse and miss direction from both owners. When i took 2 hours off in the morning to take care of something i was lied to and ignored. Still havent been told by anyone that i have been let go, they just stop answering my calls and burned my cheque. I have made a call to the better business bureau and told them what has been going on. I will also be calling all large companies they have contracts with and telling them about the corners they have cut. Very unprofessional, slimy and cowardly Heather.

The company also takes pride in their work, so I felt I was a good fit. I got along with the supervisor, owners, and office staff. I was always paid on time and for the hours I worked. I look forward to coming back and getting started this season. If one is a hard working individual, I'd recommend working for this company.

I had a good experience with the both owners of the company. i worked hard and they appreciated that. I think they have had a hard time finding good employees, which it certainly can be these days. The work i saw was always done to please customer, and there was a lot of time and money put into doing just that. The foreman i worked under was clear on what needed to be done every day and he made sure to be there if we had any questions about what needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a well finished product.
