★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darin and his team did a great job creating our dream deck and we highly recommend him. He was able to execute a large and fairly complex project that required him to plan well, work with other contractors and pass city inspections. Darin is intelligent, has a gentle approach, is clearly experienced in several disciplines, and works hard each and every day on the job. This made him very easy to work with. Even when there were surprises in the ground or snags in the plan, he found a way to maneuver through the project without making us compromise or deviate from our original vision. We would definitely hire him again.

After trying to contact a few contractors last summer, we were close to giving up when Darin answered my email and came over on a Friday night to take a look at our project and give us a quote! Darin took care of everything including drawing up plans and dealing with the permits required by the city, which was a relief! We also had Darin and his team do a brick walkway and it looks amazing! We have had many compliments on our new deck and the walkway! We highly recommend Northstead - you will not be disappointed if you decide to have them do some work for you. In fact, we are hoping that they will be able to do our front walkway and front step this summer!

Extremely happy! Scope of work included new driveway, patio, raised flower beds/retaining walls, and front/rear steps.

We asked for suggestions for a pergola and Darin on his own time found the perfect solution and executed it in a timely and professional manner. The brick work on our patio met our expectations and the landscaping work made our yard the envy or our neighbors. On more that one occasion we asked for changes to work already completed and without one word of complaint, the changes were made again to our satisfaction. The basis of all the work was planned by Darin in advance and the end result is something we are very pleased with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our interlock brick driveway was in need of replacement. We contacted a few companies and decided to ask Northstead to do the project. Darin was recommended by trusted friends and his completed work projects nearby were very unique and well done. He had the best plan to address a few ongoing issues with the previous driveway heaving in a few spots. Darin and his crew started on the planneddate and completed the project a week early. We gave Darin the creative freedom to design our front landing and steps. We are very happy with the steps and landing. It looks great! The work site was always clean, equipment stored and Darin was on site most of the time. I can't say enough great things about their work and final product. TY
