I passed on my second try with only 15 points, first one I hit the curb which is an automatic fail.
The team is very friendly specifically the lady with short hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in and had issues with the clerk she wasn’t accepting my proof of residency to give me my license. Went to another registry and had no issues it was an easy simple process. Wondering why they couldn’t do the same thing. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to renew my license. I live in Langdon and this was the closest place. I showed up and only one person in line. I was greeted by friendly staff in a clean environment. I was in an out in less than 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude is the big issue with the current staff. They have a list they present for residential proof whether it is for health or for driving licence. The gentleman there accepted our address proof for health card last month and today he refused to accept exactll same proofs and upon asking he said it's his decision. This is harrasment.
When I asked for a valid justification for his decision he and his manager said it's their decision and I have to leave the registry. I am a resident of chestermere from last 7 years and never had issues but this new staff is pathetic in their service. I would rather drive 20 kms to go to other registry bthen coming to you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service and staff was helping & very polite. Staff is so nice as I dropped my license somewhere inside the registry and was looking for it everywhere but she was so patient and waited and done everything very nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the four individuals who were working today were absolute delights. Including the manager, they could not have demonstrated better customer service. Reading negative reviews on their establishment is highly disappointing, especially considering they've based their reviews on proof of residency. I had to bring in proof of residency when I moved from a different province, and knew what to bring because they provided me with a list of acceptable documents. If you don't bring in something on that list, don't expect them to accept it! Also comparing their lists to other registries is unsound, because different policies exist :) Be kinder to people whom you expect to provide you a service. Thanks for the positive experience!

Good for her for choosing fruit, but seriously? There was nobody behind me in the building shed more than ample opportunity to eat after I was done.
