★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a few friendly workers that I have the pleasure to deal with, but the others..not so much.
One of my labels was falling off, and I was told I had to buy a roll of tape to put it back on. Canada Post doesn’t have a spare 1/2 inch of scotch tape?
My mother works in a Canada Post in another province, even she was shocked to hear the Chestermere locations behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, awful service. Rep was obviously in a bad mood and was deliberately unhelpful. It was like a comedy sketch. I was trying to mail a few parcels, nothing complicated. Some quotes from our visit:
"I won't sell labels because I don't like picking them up off the floor".
"Instead of post labels can't you just tear up bits of paper, write the address and stick it on?"
"We don't have paper. We don't have tape. I don't have a pen. You'll have to buy those things".
"Can you visit a different post office if you need supplies?"
"Can you just go home and come back with some Canada Post labels?"
Why on earth have a post office at all.
