★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen needs a good talking to by the manager, serving cold food to customers is poor customer service and the fact that you let food go out that the waitresses have to serve is unfair to them not only are you disrespectful to coworkers but your care for customers is unacceptable we come out for a night out as a family and we shouldn’t have to worry about if the food is cooked or not the waitresses and front staff coming in is very friendly and professional if the cooks in the back could give a bit more care this place would be top notch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a takeout and was ready on time. The bread was overcooked, I called and was offered a new bread delivered right away. This is called great customer service and caring about customer satisfaction . They know how to fix an issue and the guy on the phone was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time at this Boston Pizza Location. The customer service is excellent, food is great. My husband is Vegan and they were able to change a dish on menu for him. I hope they add more vegan options to the menu. I am sure the Vegans out there will love it. Will keep coming back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service here. One thing I really like is this restaurant is very flexible on making adjustments to things on the menu to accommodate my diet. I was able to swap out regular cheese on the nachos for plant based to go along with the plant based meat and it was amazing and gave me another plant based option on the menu. I have also tried the plant based pizza and it is very good as well. Keep adding more and more plant based options and we will continue to come back again and again.
