Worst burger I have ever had! My kids and I all had the cheese burger combo. All the burgers were not fresh and obviously microwaved, the buns were hard.

Sometimes this location takes a bit longer for food but it's always been good, you can't rush excellence!

Literally got scammed by the cashier at the drive thru. Ordered a single MINI cotton candy Blizzard and she charged me $18 for it and intentionally didn't let me see the terminal when holding it out through the drive through window. There is no way she accidentally did that.

Fist time at the DQ in Chestermere and had horrible experience. Felt ignored and unwanted in the store. Very poor customer service! TO THE MANAGEMENT: If you're really "SORRY" to hear about all the experiences that people are posting here, DO SOMETHING about it to change it. Seems like most people are having bad experiences for the past 2 years. Your staff needs training on how to treat customer, they cannot hide how annoyed they get when a customer walks in.

I love to support local business’s , but this is something I just have to say. I hope the owner can reach out to me regarding this at the Dairy Queen here chestermere Alberta. Myself and kids went to Dairy Queen for a treat, and my daughter wanted to run in an grab dairy free dilly bars. When she came out I was astonished to see a box of 6 cost almost $20. I went back in to see if we could return them, as for that price they could get multiple things somewhere else. The employees stood in there for 10 minutes while the ice cream was likely beginning to melt in the box, speaking around me and looking at me but speaking in a language that was understood between them only. I find this quite rude, to speak to eachother and look at me, but not in a way I can understand or speak back. The employee then β€œtried” to call two managers. She came back to say she could not get a hold of them, but they don’t offer refunds anyways. I found this rediculous considering no where does it state there is a no refund policy, and we never even left the store with them. I find this encounter quite unprofessional, and certianly not that of customer service. My family and I will not be back, and we will make sure to warn those around us of the disrespect around a simple request

Very disappointed with the declining quality at this location. Tonight we ordered 4 small blizzards. One of them was reasonably well made. The second wasn't hardly mixed at all. Mostly plain ice cream in the middle. The third and fourth didn't even fill the cup. I seriously held one at eye level and you couldn't see the Blizzard. The fourth was supposed to be a cookie dough with skor added. There were 5 pieces of cookie dough and hardly any Skor bits. I don't mind paying the up charge when I get something extra but there wasn't enough "stuff" to meet regular standards, nevermind anything extra. Very, very disappointed.

It's a very small DQ location, located in the corner of a strip mall building. Still has a drive through though. Seemed very slow despite being the only person there. Waited quite awhile to get a blizzard, but otherwise it was all good.

Went in to pick up lunch. Server seemed annoyed with our ordering. As if that’s not her job. Then we got our blizzard first, and it was totally melting and missing a lid, so it was going all down the side so we had to grab napkins and keep catching the ice cream. Then when we opened our poutine when we were home. There was parchment paper across the top of the poutine for some reason, pulling all the cheese all off and so half our cheese was pulled off and couldn’t be recovered because it’d take the paper with it.
