β β β β β It's very obvious they are watering down their coffee to save money. I'm tired of drinking colored water with cream and sugar. Now I have had to start driving further out of my way just to get a good coffee. There is no way I'm giving this owner my money when I can pay the same elsewhere and enjoy my coffee. I thought I was going crazy but when I went to two different Tim's to compare the coffee at the same time, it was clear this one waters it down. Gross.

β β β β β They always put meat in my breakfast sandwiches whenever I order just the egg & cheese ones. Iβm vegetarian so itβs kinda gross peeling the sausage off the sandwich all the time. But other than that itβs good.

β β β β β Napkins are not automatic when in drive thru. Don't think I've ever received napkins in the bag with my order.
Today I went to Starbucks for my drink, was asked how my morning was going, they were incredibly pleasant and sincerely apologized for not having a type of meal I wanted. Then straight to Tims for the food and it was like night and day. From pleasant to miserable. Don't let others affect your mood or day, peeps.

β β β β β Ordered and waited 15 minutes, 3 simple drinks. Everyone got food and drinks before we did even after coming after us. Staff ignored us completely so why even have a βMobile Pickupβ section if youβre not going to help the customers in line for it? Lady even took my phone? Didnβt even ask for it, just took it to see the order and walked away with it. Of course she brought it back but whereβs the customer service in this place? They even got my order wrong.

β β β β β Good place for drinks but food orders are always wrong or made poorly. The flavored cream cheese bagles never have a decent enough amount of cream cheese but the plain ones do. There is barely even a covering of cheese. You can't even tell its a cream cheese bagel

β β β β β This is my 5th visit at this location and every single time the cafe mocha I order is missing whipped topping and chocolate drizzle. I tried different timings to see if it would improve, but it always has been how they make it, so am not sure if Tim's changed how cafe mocha is done at this location. I would have appreciate it if they told me they don't have whipped topping.

β β β β β Ordered and came straight to our daughters curling. They made a mistake & used cream v. milk so when I called to confirm sugar v. sweetener wasnβt messed up (critical info) Josie found out when Iβd been there and was able to figure out which was my order and validated it was sweetener. She also said to swing by and get a new one when I was done watching the kiddos curl and apologized for the cream mix up. She went above and beyond. Nothing but great things to say about this location. Whoever is doing the hiring and motivating these service industry professionals is doing an amazing job!
