★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulled up on the right order side of drive through. Eight cars get their orders taken in the left side drive through. Completely ignored. Ask 3xcuse me I think you forgot about this side. Get a rude response"I didn't forget about anything, 1 minute please". So I decide no I don't need anything from here. It then takes me 27 min to get out of the drive through because of the backup. 9 cars sitting in the drive through for almost half an hour. Pitiful. Won't put myself through this location again. And the almost always get the orders wrong anyway. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yara is a exceptional worker, get her a raise immediately. She had great work ethic and great customer service. I really loved the food, it was hot and ready to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the worst experience visiting this place. I went to this McDonald’s in the morning around 10 and ordered back bacon and cheese, which is my usual order. However, I have no idea why they charge me extra for such a simple breakfast. Everyday I brought a breakfast and this location is near to my work and if they are going to charge me extra money everytime then I have to think twice before going there. Overall I am not satisfied with my experience at this McDonald’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going very regularly in the evening and each time I’m always disappointed with the burgers being soggy and old oily fries. However the day food is better prepared then the night crew. I don’t advice to eat here in the evening the food is terrible. The location on 68street & 16 avenue is excellent day & night everything is hot and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, ALWAYS ask for ketchup or they won't provide it. (Stupid right) apparently not everyone likes it so you have to ask....(lazy or cheap) not sure what one.
Second, this is the most lazy happy meal I ever did see....If you don't like your job this much find else where too work. Always so sloppy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through the East Hills drive thru at approx. 11:45pm. We order a Big Mac with no lettuce and a Quarter BLT on a seedless bun. The woman who took our order tried to tell us that we couldn't have the seedless bun. ?? Seriously?! The Big Mac must've had at least a cup of sauce on it. It was such a mess you couldn't pick it up. The BLT was basically a cheeseburger made with a quarter pound patty. No bacon, lettuce or tomato. When we called we were told that the kitchen person was new. Ummm. So who's supervising them?! Totally unacceptable.
