Ordered ahead via the app and got one whole order wrong with Asian veggies in stead of the regular (which was the chosen option) and even worse on-top of that the sauce and what not was not at all "teriyaki" has an odd rancid peanut oil taste... Might have turned my family off from Edo for life... First and last time at the east hills, Marlborough had never goofed our orders up. Boo. Not cheap but tasted cheap today.

They followed through with the request and it was perfect. They even made sure to label the container so I knew I was getting the right one! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meal was to be enough for 2 people and she sent me home with a "sumo " order. Sposed to be 1 1/2 more food. One bowel is not enough.
Hardly any veggies.
I won't be coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not very nice at all. Not friendly nor very professional. Racism works not ways, just because I’m white doesn’t mean I can’t use chopsticks.
Food was delicious and the cooks are wonderful. But, I shall not be returning because of the way the person who took my order treated me.

I’m autistic and I have a lot of sensory issues (making me a more difficult customer) but these guys knock it out of the park every single time. They even remember me and my order with all my little quirks. Amazing, inclusive and will go the extra mile for you. I wish I was in control of who got raises because the entire store deserves one!! If any of the staff read this THANK YOU! You make my day better.
