★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor staff, unfriendly service, got my order wrong, and the staff complained that I asked for a salad with too many veggies. The salad I asked for consisted only of spinach, lettuce, and tomatoes. The staff, who I assume is the manager/owner if he knows and cares about pricing and logistics said "Get less veggies they're expensive right now". Did he actually expect me to ask for just only one type of vegetable for my salad and just have a container full of spinach?Subway is great and usually has great quality service, but I'm never going back to this Subway location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a previous review of three stars but felt compelled to edit my review based upon my last 3-4 visits. The staff lately are very unfriendly. As an example, when I was at the restaurant tonight I told the cashier to have a good night he just turns around and walks away. Now, I would not to work in a sub shop on a Tuesday night for minimum wage but please don't take it out on your customers. Not our fault that your life sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here somewhat regularly, and can confidently leave a review for it. This subway is just fine. The staff, I agree, are not very friendly. It is especially hard to hear them, especially with masks and the barriers between us. The quality of ingredients is ok, but they for sure skimp out on toppings, depending who you get making your sandwich. They are always busy whenever i go there, but they never seem to have things working for people who have placed orders online, or who have coupons. I always overhear it being almost a fight to use a coupon. Overall, it's subway and its tasty, but I do also hope for a new subway location in the new development in the west side of chestermere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come to this location about 3 times in total and every time there's a different experience which all comes down to a not so great customer service. Not asking to bow down because I am the customer and customer is always right but still, but still give respect to $15-20 spent at your business. Not friendly, one word question service, staring at your for FREE.
