I absolutely love Chestermere Smiles Dental. The staff, especially Dr. Pooja, Pally, and Jenny, always make me feel welcome. They never hesitate to answer my questions and always make sure that I am comfortable during procedures. You're guaranteed to leave here with a smile :).

So happy I made a change to my family dentist after 10+ years. So appreciative and grateful of Jen handling the insurance and also explaining it to me. Andrea has a sweet personality and a gentle aura. She made my cleaning feel quick and thorough. Dr. Pandya is straight up and professional but it doesn’t shadow the fact she’s friendly and has an air of real. Love love love.

Nest dental place you'll come to. The staff is amazing and friendly and always looking out for the wellbeing of their patients. Jenny and Dr. Pooja are the absolutely best. "AMAZING" is the one word to summarize the services imparted by Chestermere Smiles Dental. I had two recent consultations with Dr. Pooja regarding my dental problems and I can conclude that she is professional, knowledgeable, humane and above all with a golden heart. She helps her patients in all possible ways and that is my personal experience. I must appreciate Ms. Jenny who greets you upon your entering the clinic. She is sweet natured, helpful, qualified and can answer your dental queries in an efficient way. Other supporting staff is nice too. In totality, one cannot find a better dental clinic than this.

I would really like to encourage more people to become patients at my Dentist office of Chestermere Smiles in Chestermere… just a few miles outside of Calgary. I know that anyone can find a Dentist near their home and that most, if not all, Dentists are good at their occupation; yet when I recently moved to the Calgary area, I purposely searched for a Dentist who would have extraordinary skill, ability to handle my dental challenges and would always be a positive atmosphere. I did not want to drive to downtown Calgary, so I chose to drive 30 minutes to Dr. Pooja Pandya at Chestermere Smiles Dental office in Chestermere… it is conveniently located 5 seconds off of the TransCanada Highway 1 (a 9-minute drive on the TCH 1 from Stoney Creek Highway), a mere 11 minutes from Calgary’s East Hills shopping area and 20 minutes from Strathmore. This Dentist is worth the drive. Since I was 11 years of age, I have been in a few accidents that resulted in injuries to my Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) so that I have had 3 surgeries from an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon; and the result of the surgeries and accidents are that I have no TMJ on either side of my skull. This means that my mouth opening is extremely limited so I require a Dentist and staff who are ‘extra’ patient and kind … this is true of Chestermere Smiles! I must manage chronic facial, shoulder and neck pain along with trigeminal neuralgia facial pain; and the Chestermere Smiles Dental staff understand and help me to minimize such pain with little things like neck support, monitoring my comfort during procedures and following up with me after procedures. I appreciate the extra effort that come natural with the staff at Chestermere Smiles Dental. As I have mentioned, I have just returned to Alberta; and although I have always had continuous dental care throughout my long life, I required a lot of dental work so I made a few appointments. I have had gingivitis that I keep under control so my gums no longer bleed but due to my extreme dry mouth and whatever other reasons, my gums have badly receded so that there were exposed areas of root. Dr. Pandya corrected all of the gum area to fix the dental problems while proactively protecting the root and all with one even colour with my teeth so that my smile is better than it had looked in many years. As I mention, proactive action was taken but this Dental office does not perform any dental work that is not required… for instance, one tooth had a lot of root exposure and the staff gave me a heads up that a root canal may be required, yet they were able to perform the dental work without a root canal. This made me feel very comforted that I can trust any recommendations by Chestermere Smiles Dentist. Although I use a double ‘night guard / retainer’, my TMJ issue causes constant pressure on my teeth so that over the years I have had to have several crowns. Before coming back to Alberta, I knew that I required 3 or 4 more crowns (it is more like 5 or 6) because the pressure causes cracks in my teeth. I trust Chestermere Smiles to place these crowns and this is not a small feat since my mouth opening is small, I have sensitive teeth and a lot of facial pain. I also have one very old crown that is on a tooth that is barely held together. I will require an implant when this tooth needs to be replaced. Chestermere Smiles has done implants; and Dr. Pandya has recently had further training on implants so they can promptly provide ever better implant service for the list of patients that I overheard are waiting for this service by their office. I have gone on and on, but I want to impart to future patients of Chestermere Smiles that I, like you, have Dental requirements that are beyond ordinary … I know you will be pleased with the results when you choose Chestermere Smiles Dental to take care of your very important teeth and gums that need to last as long as possible… and for dental bridges, implants, etc. should those be required to replace any of your teeth.

We are new patients at Chestermere Smiles! Right upon walking in I was greeted with friendliness which helped my apprehensive kiddos settle in! All their staff was wonderful, and amazing with the kids. My husband and I will also be switching dentists as I was so happy with our service today!
