I bought case and tempered protector for over $40 and the quality is cheap (broke next day) and the guy didnt even put it properly on

2. I asked for a Sony wall charger (because my Xperia XZ came with a European variant). Instead of saying "We don't have that, sorry", they tried to convince me into buying a Samsung fast charger because it's "the same thing"... which it's not... They have drastically different outputs.
3. Their tempered glass screen protectors are overpriced and low quality; my brother's broke within a week.

My brother's phone was dropped from his pocket while getting out of the car (about 1.5 feet)...

He discovered it just wasn't engaging, gave it a quick clean, & it's working fine again. He didn't even charge my husband. We will definitely return to them if our cells malfunction in the future!
