β β β β β My Bf and I stumbled upon this place to have my Samsung S10 screen fixed. The representative who assisted us was very helpful, patient and answered any questions we had. We ended up grabbing a few more things that day. The representative even went above and beyond by coming out of the store to our car to check out the issue with our dash cam.
Went today to get my phone back and saw the same representative again. He even suggested me to grab a screen protector and a case. Was even offered a discount for them! Forgot to ask for his name when writing this review aha. But yes, he's just an employee but you can tell he's very knowledgeable and a dedicated worker.
Excellent customer service and very friendly! A happy and satisfied customer here, would definitely be coming back again ?

β β β β β The rep is professional and courteous. The minus two stars is for low tech skills. Outside of the popular models, the technician seems to work by guess work. Broke the screen of my phone during a battery replacement. No grudge, the rep did inform me about the risk which I had accepted. Nevertheless, my phone was rated as "easy repair", the tech was over confident and didn't bother to have a look at the youtube video I suggested before attempting the battery replacement.
EDIT: FYI, Essential is a USA brand, the PH1 is their unique high end model. Research a bit you'll discover an interesting history about this company.

β β β β β The team worked quickly and went out of their way to order me a part (I had a shattered camera lens on my cellphone). They were honest, gave me a written quote beforehand and were reliable and professional. For example, they checked that basic features like sound and charging worked on my phone and took my IMEI number in order to ensure the correct phone was returned to me. Would definitely use them again!
