Do not purchase from this store unless you want to be treated with no respect. Purchased three appliances as part of a promotion at Leons. First two arrived fine and on time. However, when it came to our washer and dryer, we attempted to arrange delivery for the unit for over FOUR WEEKS. The drivers came four times and each time was unsuccessful in delivering the appliance because they needed a third person to carry up the heavy item. Fine, the first time that we were informed of the problem, I immediately called the richmond hill store to ensure that a note was made on the delivery to make sure that they had a third person coming and everytime they came after, it was ignored and wasted days of waiting and an hour of our time on each delivery date. We could've just bought from a different store instead of trusting the next delivery will be successful. When I called in store to discuss the situation, the reps kept trying to change the story saying that it was because we purchased a unit that did not fit when in fact it's their delivery team and sales staff that can't keep the record straight. I called in after the final attempt and was advised by the sales associate that I had to pick a different product because they were unable to arrange a third driver due to covid all the while telling me that the promotion would not apply on the new product selected?? I've since asked for a refund of the remaining item and the store still has not called me back to arrange the refund even after multiple follow ups. Even after cancelling, one of the store managers called me to arrange for ANOTHER attempted delivery and when I informed them that I cancelled the order due to advisement of the other employee the store manager scolded me for not waiting for the next delivery to be attempted. What kind of business blames the customer for their own employee's inability to keep records straight? Very incompetent business wasting a month of my time.

I give up on this store. Bought a bunch of things over the years, the latest being a TV back in December for full price of $1899 (order #321370), with original delivery estimate being 2-3 weeks. It didn't ship until March. While the delay is understandable, over the months of January and February it went on sale multiple times for $1599, and I contacted the store via email in early January asking if I should cancel and re-order. I was told no need, that I will get a credit from their price matching. Inquired a month later about the status and the updated delivery estimate window, no response. As I mentioned, it finally showed up in March, and still no response from the store. Predictably weeks after delivery I sent another inquiry regarding the promised credit, and again didn't receive a response. The email was simply ignored. The only option left is to leave a bad review warning others. Edit: Daniel, I have no way of reaching you short of going to the store in person. Calling your store doesn't even offer a way to leave voice mail without knowing the extension of the person. If you want to contact me, the order # I mentioned should have all my details. Salesperson wasn't well I formed on any of the appliances I was looking at. All they said was, 'this is a good brand' but didn't say why. I was ready to buy but they dissapearss and never checking in again. So I walk out. Well done. You lost a sale simply because your salesperson couldn't be bother to stay with me.

Had a fantastic experience shopping at this Leon's location several years ago. I was helped by Daniel, who is the current GM at the time of this posting. He helped me family and I purchase the perfect Sofa that we daily and is still in great condition. 10/10 would recommend!

I have the best experience at this location. I was greeted by an employee Silvana which helped through the whole process. She introduced the merchandise we needed and went all way and beyond to help, gave us some interesting decorating ideas and combinations which I loved! It was significantly different experience compared to the another location I visited a while ago. Worth the longer drive. Great experience! Thank you!

She is very accommodating, polite, kind and helpful when I had some concern about the furnitures that I’ve purchased from this store. Thank you so much Angela. I went to go purchase some furniture for my new home and when looking for a better deal Daniel the manager gave me 90 day price match and informed me that it should go on sale further. Overall customer service and my sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back to purchase some appliances for my Reno

The store has a pretty good collection of furniture. Our sales person Vennie was so kind and helpful. She guided us and gave us all the product knowledge we needed to make our purchase. She knew exactly when to give us space and we really appreciated that. If anyone is visiting the store, I would highly recommend her. 5 star ? service!!!
