★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do not put reviews on my visits to any retail stores but I had to do this as I recommend others to avoid this Richmond Hill store.
went in to get a keyboard, had a question on the keyboard and I walked to one of workers there. Asked one question and he read over the keyboard case (which anyone with the question would have done before talking to worker there) and he said he is not so sure about that and he started typing in on his working PC. I thought he was googling for me there and i waited there for couple minutes and found out he was just working on something else there.
I think the store needs to get some experts who would be able to answer some questions.
I do not recommend visiting this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is every reason to believe that store employees record all customer PIN-codes on the camera. If you bought something from this store, change your PIN immediately and keep track of the money in your account! I enclose photographs as confirmation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent amount of staff and they were very courteous. My friend had to bring in her computer to get something fixed for 50$ . There were sufficient space. It is a smaller space than the location in Markham. Keep up the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never put reviews but I had to for this store. First of all if you try to call them, don’t it’s useless they never pick up the phone. Second of all if you’re computer is broken I don’t recommend the service because when I gave my broken pc to the service they fixed the problem, but didn’t return two pieces, so I had to go back to the store the next day and get my pieces back. And while repair they bent my rgb header pins, so I had to bend them back at home. I highly don’t recommend the service but if you are just shopping it’s an ok place. They usually have good things and almost always in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them 0 stars if I could. Management is completely useless and condescending. Terrible and I mean truly terrible service. With the exception of maybe 2 employers who are kind of nice, but truly none of them know what they are talking about.
We bought a computer, and assembled it at home. Keep in mind someone who knew how to do it and had ample experience built it.
Well, to keep this review short. A pin on the CPU connector was bent, the motherboard was essentially broken, and it was also missing an external piece.
We went the day after to get them to check the computer, to fix the piece or exchange it, but they refused, saying I had to call the manufacturer. We ended up having to buy a whole new one. Their warranty is a complete lie. Through the whole process they treated us with an air of superiority and charged us insane amounts for checking the computer and doing useless things that never fixed the problem (because as I said we ended up having to buy a whole new motherboard).
They also tell you whatever price they want for their services. For instance, the first day we were there they told us if we wanted them to assemble the PC we had to pay 100 dollars and it would take them 5 DAYS! The second day they charged 80 and did it in 40 minutes...
AVOID. THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE MONEY YOU ARE SPENDING. If you can help it, do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop became very slow so took to this place to have a look. The service desk person was very helpful, explained the possible cause and the approximate cost to fix it. Took one day for them to diagnose the problem, waited on the weekend, then another day to change the hard drive. Reasonably priced. Happy with what I have now.
