Very helpful, friendly staff. I called to place a hold on a few items to pick up the next day and Kiana was very helpful. She had it ready for me at the front of the store when I came in. The staff then offered to bring the items to my car for me. Great experience!

Amazing staff (Niloo) She is really an emloyee you can not see most of the time so the store management must increased her wage because of her 200 percent excelent customer service ! I was there and had so much rush to scan and send my documents to close a real estate deal and she absolutely helped me out from her heart not only as a task! This staples is extremely unprofessional they will flat out lie to you, tell you whatever they need to to get you to purchase their warranty. They told me that if i buy this warranty for my phone i will be covered if anything happens to it. Told me that all i have to do is walk in show my reciept they will run some tests on the phone to confirm my claim is accurate then give me the full value of the phone at time of purchase to go towards a new phone at their store. Couple weeks ago my phone started showing the following symptoms: randomly restarting, doesn't charge while it's turned on, glitches out for no apparent reason. Good thing I bought this warranty for $175 right? Nope I walk in show my reciept they say "ok you need to call this number so they can send me the claim number". After waiting to get through to someone for 34min the person on the other end takes down a bunch of information then tells me how it really works. They take the dysfunctional phone immediately leaving you phoneless for 24-48hrs afterwhich they will send you a gift card for not the amount you paid for the phone in my case 529.99 plus tax but 529.99 minus the deductible fee of 100. I excepted this then told them I can't hand in my phone today nore do I know when I can go without my phone for 48hrs seen as I use my phone to work and I work 6-7 days a week. She then replied that I have 30 days to hand in the phone before the claim gets canceled I excepted this and said ok ill have to come back another day to hand in the phone then she asked can I put you on hold I said yes another 5 or 10 min go by then she comes back on and says sorry but I just noticed that you bought this phone within the last year. Our warranty doesn't cover anything until after 1 year from the day of purchase. I said great I'll wait a year then call you back. Complete scam.

Very bad customer service I experienced today. If there is zero start I will do. I went in for a simple courier service within Canada. I had everything ready just need a label for shipping. There was another customer in front of me sending lots of items. I waited patiently for a while. The girl asked help from her college (a south asian lady), instead of offering help in either way, the college asked me to come again the next day saying they are not able to help me with 10 minutes away from the store close. First of all, any customer who came in before the store closes should be served; secondly, it was a lie that it takes 20 minutes to process my courier. Simple types in the address and create a label can be done in 5 minutes. Thirdly, in a rainy day for a simple courier service I was asked to come again the next day, do they think I will still come? Not only for courier service I will not come for any other business and will not recommend anyone to come at all! Too bad the store manager couldn't manage to help and solve the simple problem.

Went into the store , looking for a particular phone I managed with the help of Dimitrios, and MJ and Jarrett jumping in to the aid, to track down a phone from another location. The staff was so great to deal with, extremely helpful and mannerly. Good experience.

So unprofessional and rude, sorry to say that but don’t even waste your time by going there, the staff doesn’t want to work. I need 5 pages print they said we don’t have time , while they were just standing there and doing nothing.

I had a great experience whit this store, more than 4 weeks ago I bought a headphone. Since I was not in the country I didn’t have chance to try it, when I came back I realized it doesn’t work so base on the store policy I couldn’t return or exchange it however a manager Mohammad treat me with great respect and helped me to exchange it with the new one. I will definitely go there again if need to buy any other products.
