X	Xiuwen Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mak is very professional and care, a bit old school tho. Staff is also nice here. Waiting time is a bit long, but it should be because of we only booked the appointment that day.
D	David Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choose him when my kid was born as thought him an experienced doctor from Hong Kong. However, it was the worst decision: 1. Very stubborn and not professional- My kid had developed pneumonia and was treated same antibiotics 3 sessions but not trying different antibiotics. Later I tried a specialist and was told that wrong treatment from him. Another antibiotics was given. 2. Not ethical- I was trying to ask him for a copy of records from the specialist but he refused to show me, maybe he did not want me check out the comments from the specialist. So not recommended for him.

No patient no love, my daughter was scared by flu shot,she was crying, my husband said: doctor will be really gentle, no worries, right doctor? The doctor said: shot is a shot, do not say anything else. then he asked my husband to hold tight of my daughter's body, he did it. Now, my daughter hates needle after that day.

If you don’t listen clearly first time and want to make sure and ask him again, you gonna be in a big trouble. He will roll his eyes on you and says “I told you already! Why you don’t understand!” And he forced us to check everything that my daughter doesn’t even need to. The worst thing is last time, the vaccine my daughter already had it half an year before. He looked at the immunization book and insisted we don’t have it. After we paid the money and had the shots. All of sudden he said “Oh, I made a mistake, she did have it serval months before.” No apologies, no worried about his patient. Nothing! If you don’t like your child, choose him! We already changed! I am truly suggest you not going there!

If you hate certain group or people, why didn't you tell us at the first place, like we do not accept patient from certain region or background instead of letting innocent people suffering?
W	Weimin Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great doctor. Doctor Mak accepts last-minute requests for even the most minor issues, which is a rarity in GTA for paediatricians. He's also extremely knowledgable and saved us both time and money from unnecessary OTC treatments. A lot of comments here focus on his attitude, but I've never found him being rude to me or my kid. He is on-point within a few seconds and provides succinct and concise advice. If you are looking for a knowledgable doctor, Dr.Mak is the one.
