My now-previous repair shop, which I had bought my Cube ebike from, had told me they could not help; my bike needed too many parts that were not available and to try a “bigger” store. This led me to Ryan, who asked me to bring it in the same day, and took the time right then to check it out and give me an estimate - all parts in stock! Ryan is welcoming, friendly, and takes the time to explain what needs fixing - allowing me to leave my bike feeling confident that it would be dealt with in a professional and thorough manner. Picking it up yesterday, a day or two early, I walked out with a looking-like-new ebike, ready for the upcoming season. Just as importantly, I left feeling really good about the whole experience and relieved to have found a store and people who truly care about their customers. Well worth the drive from White Rock to Port Moody for this kind of service. Thank you,Ryan and Cap’s Bicycle Shop!

I called Cap's to see if they had any spacers and Ryan told me to bring my wheel done and he would have a look at it. Ryan had a quick look and fixed my cassette issue right away. I've previously taken my bike into Cap's Port Moody for a full tune up and the service has been great.
