I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in and the guy got all my info (height and what kind of terrain I was looking to take the bike on, etc) and I found the perfect bike for me almost instantly. I walked out with a lot more knowledge, confidence, and a brand new bike! Thanks!!

However the courtesy and illustrative instruction as to taking care of the new bike are well worth it. I have been a long standing fan of Trek Dual Sport 4. I am going to get one for me in 2022, so that I shall be able to follow my two sons while biking around.

I was feeling a bit intimidated going into the store to buy some spinning shoes as I was made to feel a bit silly previously at a different bike shop. Elisa was so warm and helpful answering all of my newbie questions. I will definitely be back and recommending this store to friends. Keep it up friends!!

Friendly atmostphere and amazing customer service. Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and their mechanical work is excellent. They made buying or servicing a bike very easy with fair prices. My family loves this place and we will be back here soon for our next bike. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone with bike needs.

They were able to help me find a bike that would best fit me and I even got to test ride it around the neighborhood to make sure it was the right style. Super informative and helpful. I can't recommend enough!

Filip was even nice enough help me load the bikes into the back of our SUV and to grab us some cardboard to put between the bikes to prevent any scratching/rubbing. If I buy another bike in the future, I'm coming to these guys

Like bike shops everywhere right now, the delivery date was shifted by several months. Elisa took it upon herself to find me a replacement much earlier than anticipated and was amazing about following up with me to let me know. Trek also kindly provided me a couple of bonuses to ease the pain of having to replace my first bike. Very grateful for the service and consideration provided by Elisa and others at this shop!
