★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy to go into the shop and drop off my bike for a tune-up. It's not cheap, (not too different from other bike businesses) but they do good work. They contacted me when it was ready and gave me a clear expectation of timing and cost. Solid business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down my favorite bike shop. I've bought everything here from bikes, helmets, pads, and parts. The staff are all friendly and always willing to help you out. I've also brought my bike in with minor issues I could not resolve at home (star nut being stubborn for example), and they've helped me out right away, and sometimes at no charge. They have some of the best selection of mountain bikes around, and I can't recommend them enough.

Great local bike shop and stays connected with their customers. If you are in the market for quality bikes and top service in the Tri-Cities this is a great local and well run shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bicycle shopping experience at Kinetic Cycles was fantastic. Fabian was super knowledgeable in helping me chose an excellent Kona bike for road and light trail use. I did not feel pressured, I was delighted with his easy going, friendly customer service and my bike was adjusted all ready to go in a day. It's a great bike shop with excellent customer service, great selection of bikes and lots of accessories. I will definitely be back when my kids upgrade their bikes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up a new bike from here. Everyone was super helpful. Nicely laid out shop and a good selection of bikes and accessories. Special thanks to Jared for communicating with me quickly over email so I could secure the bike online. When I went in they let me take it out for a spin along with one in another size to compare to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

The service I received from the moment I placed the order to taking delivery of the bike has been nothing short of amazing. The staff set up the bike perfectly according to my size and weight, I didn’t have to change anything to get it to ride the way I liked. They were knowledgeable about any questions I had, helped me pick out some additional items I needed to get riding, and addressed all of my concerns. I would 100% recommend this place to any of my friends and family looking to get into biking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a used bike and wanted to make sure it was in good condition for my return to casual riding. A friend recommended Kinetik as it's close to where I live and he has had a good experience with them.
I brought it in for a tune up and a check. They had it done in about a week and the bike is riding smoother than before I brought it in. Their customer service was fantastic and they also were extremely helpful when it came to finding me a new helmet. The employee didn't recommend the most expensive helmet, but rather the one which was best suited to what I'd need it for.
I'll be using them any time I have any issues for sure!

The sales staff takes their time to get you the right part/gear, without trying to oversell, and the techs I've dealt with have been competent and efficient. They're even patient with my silly questions and ancient/obscure bike parts :) Lovely shop all round, highly recommended.
