The auto payments and invoicing were all electronic and clear. The service I received from Cathy and Louise was very personable and helpful.
I felt my storage locker was secure with their code entry system.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was impeccable from start to finish! Communication from Customer Service at the main office was detailed and thorough and quite secure. Kathy Conn, site manager, took very good care of our needs and is very accommodating. She possesses great interpersonal skills; she is knowledgeable and wants to make sure you understand expectations. Moving equipment is readily available and accessible at the site such as hand trucks, flat decks and step ladders!
Facility is very secure and very clean! Pricing for storage cycle is affordable. Great place for your storage needs! It exceeded our expectations!

Their storage facilities were clean and modern and the complimentary use of their moving vans was an unexpected added value. Our office manager Kathy took care of all our move-in-requirements quickly and professionally as well as providing information necessary to keep our contents secure when following company COVID protocols. I would highly recommend using Storage For Your Life in Coquitlam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Sentinel were amazing! Both Lisa and Louise went OUT OF THEIR WAY to provide the most excellent customer service! There were a few complications to our rental, but they solved the problem by putting "customer first" and I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service they provided. I have dealt with other storage companies, and this was, by far, the very best customer service I have ever experienced. They are amazing!!!
