★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a simple water control valve the weekend before Christmas and got gouged for the part $72 although it goes for under $18 online. When I asked for a better price I was told that they are not online and that's fair enough but considering more than 300% markup while that even the online companies make a profit I can only recommend anybody considering going there to instead shop anywhere somewhere else (online included)!
I will never go back there and buy anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Went in yesterday afternoon to order two parts. The gentleman at the counter said he would try for tomorrow and seemed genuinely interested in getting the parts there soon. Next day I get a call from Reliable mid morning -- everything is ready for pick up. All parts were brand new, authentic OEM, and sealed. Prices seemed reasonable. To the gentleman complaining about price in his review -- go ahead, order if from the internet and wait 2 weeks for it to arrive, or pay $50 for next day delivery. In this case, The price is the probably the same from Reliable :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if they do this to all of their online orders or not. I'm very curious to find out so I'm writing this review.
Bought a part online and paid extra for "Loomis - Delivery in 3 business days or less" because we need it ASAP. HOWEVER, they still shipped the product by "Canada Post" which might take about a week(still waiting for the part). Contacted customer service by email right after I got the notification from Canada Post and the reply back was simply : "Hello. I apologize this appears to be shipped via Canada Post, below is your tracking:...." I'm more upset about waiting for a few days more to receive the part than the $6 in shipping cost, but as a matter of principle I decided to reply asking for the $6 difference in shipping costs. The reply was, that I have to call their 1800 number and ask for it. So I called, too bad that was on a Saturday and I was told that their accounting is closed so that I have to call back during normal biz hours to reach their accounting to issue the credit. At this point I started to feel that I'm wasting my time and energy for $6, but again, as a matter of principle, I decided to call again on Monday. After waiting for 20+ minutes on the phone on Monday and described once again why I'm asking for $6 refund, they asked for my credit card number very impatiently. I asked and was told, that I should see the charge back in 5 biz days. So to me, this is still not a done deal. What if after a week and I don't see the $6 charge back? Would I waste my time to call them again??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to order a new dishwasher rack adjuster. Arrived in 2 days. Easy to install following online instructions. The price was competitive to most other sites I could find.
Would order from again, but of course hoping I won't have to for some time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service. Ordered on October 23rd the part and received email that they will notify us when it's ready for pick up. Month later tried to call them several times- no luck and finally, I did reach them and it's actually it was ready for pick up on October 25th and NOONE emailed or notify us about that.

Ordered and called to change delivery address 5 minutes after and been told everything is ok... Received an email 5 hours later saying too late the package is shipped! Their E-Commerce Specialist told me to call Canada Post myself and never responded to my emails!! THEY JUST DON'T CARE!
