My experience with Transcending Martial Arts has been phenomenal, and they have provided me a great learning experience. The instructors here are very welcoming, friendly, and caring. They teach you not only self-defense, but respect, perseverance, and discipline. The atmosphere is just amazing, and the activities are always fun. Transcending Martial Arts is a great place to improve yourself mentally and physically. Master J Kim is a great teacher and mentor. He is very flexible, patient, polite and understanding. He has helped me overcome many of my challenges and difficulties. Head Instructor Alan Soper is an outstanding leader. I look to him as a role model. He is very kind, welcoming, and positive. Overall, Transcending Martial Arts is an exceptional school. They always encourage you to do your best. I would have been a different person without Transcending Martial Arts and I give TMA my highest recommendation.

It is has helped their discipline. It is a place where in addition to Tae Kwon Do they teach values and how to become a better person. I decided to take the classes for myself two years ago and I enjoyed the classes, the instructors are excellent, positive and they helped my skills. I really recommended this place for your children or yourself, Master Jae and Mister Soper are extremely patient, trained and support and encourage you to be do your best.

I have amassed a wide variety of knowledge that could not have otherwise been attainable anywhere else. My time here has been memorable, and I feel that no other place will offer the same teachings as here. At Transcending Martial Arts, self-defence techniques, kicking and punching, weapon training, and a plethora of other options are taught to the students and will be demonstrated in a way that continues to be fun and motivating. This martial art school is suitable for people of all ages to come and join in and learn something new. I definitely feel that this school deserves a fantastic review due to their incentivization to improve oneself in such an environment. This is an amazing experience should you decide to attend lessons, and I wholeheartedly recommend for everyone to come and learn here at Transcending Martial Arts.

They are especially good at teaching discipline and respect to younger students, but still keeping the classes fun. My sons and I have trained at TMA for more than 10 years and we have always found the classes fun and challenging.
C	Candace Hajek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up my teen age son last year because he was shy and introverted. Strange to say… One of the main factors of choosing this school was the clean restroom. The restroom was so clean and it didn’t even smell as all. And the whole school was clean and well organized. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. However, only after 6 months I noticed his mood has changed much better and positive. The Master Instructor gave him many great advice in fitness & healthy eating, now my son have breakfast with me every morning. He used to skip the breakfast all the time in the past. Another change I noticed in my son was his video games. The Master Instructor told my son that he didn’t have to quit playing video games, but he could control the length of time playing games with discipline and his will power. Now my lovely son plays the games only half the time he used to play, and he goes the Aquatic Centre to work out/swim during the weekend. I am so happy with the direction and teaching for my son here at TMA.

All instructors are amazing with kids and well trained. My daughter really likes her class with Instructor Dylan aka Hercules. Master Jae is very positive, encouraging and has a high energy in every class he supervise! The school is very clean and safe for children. Head Instructor Allan is very good in teaching focus, confidence, and respect to children of all ages. I am very happy with this school!
