B	Balu Baby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horror story ! I did my seasonal tire change at Canadian Tire. Installed winter tires off rim. While driving the car was handling poorly and I could feel the tires were the issue. I took it back and they diagnosed that the wheels were over torqued and 2 tires were off balance. They assured me the issue was fixed. But within few kilometres of driving the issue reappeared. I went back the next day and the store guy said there's nothing they can do. After a lot of back and forth they again did the inspection and told me that they balanced tires again and the issue should be fixed. Except it wasn't, and now I noticed one of my tires is bulged and damaged. When I took it back they said it's because I hit a pothole. I haven't hit any pothole. The original issue is still not resolved. I will never recommend Canadian tire for anyone. And this is not the first bad experience I had.
I	I Da on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the automatic counter were very helpful but this Canadian Tire had very little products available with most of them out of stock. The lady at the front was giving me a very hard time as I bought in a brand new jug of 5L oil to ask questions. She wanted me to leave it in front but I told her I had questions about the product. I asked her to give me a sticker showing I was bringing it in the store but she still insisted. I had to explain in a few ways to get her understand as I want to make sure I got the right thing and would not damage my car by using the wrong oil. Finally, I asked her for her name and told her I would come back and show her the product before I go. I also told her I would buy the correct product if what I had on hand wasn't suitable for my car. It's sad to find out later on that shop lifting is very common in this store.
P	Peter A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service I have ever had at any store in a long time. I couldn’t find a part I was looking for in the plumbing section, so I asked a young man stocking shelves. He told me that he was new to the store and plumbing wasn’t his department, but he would be happy to help me find the product I was looking for. He looked for the product, found it but it didn’t have the right finish. I said thank you I will try another Canadian tire store. He said he would get a staff member from the plumbing department and she would be able to find the product I was looking for. Not even two minutes passed and she found the product and in the right finish. Thank you for all your help, Terri. C and Mohammed (not sure of the spelling).

Three employees I asked for help, all of them said the same thing that they gonna send someone to open the locker. Been standing there for more than 20 minutes but nobody came to help! The fact that the store WASN’T busy at the time I went and some of the cashiers were just standing there was very frustrating! Poor customer service.
S	Salmaan Ayub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For CT Auto Service Section : Exceptionally poor customer service , Exceptionally poor communication and extremely over priced rates. At time of arrival i was told there is only one car ahead of me and it will take 2 hrs. to repair car. I knew it will require change of alternator. After 4 hours i was told to come back next day. For 3.5 hrs. my car was not touched. I had also informed them that i am not local and coming from outside city still they didn't bothered. The estimated rate i was shared on phone for service charges was not taken into consideration and new rate was quoted that was 2 times the estimate i was shared on phone. The job i was expecting to be costing 550$ is now costing 1000$. PRICE 0 Rating, Service 0 Rating, Communication 0 Rating. I am surprised how their auto service section can sustain with the poor communication at service desk and with extremely poor and slow service that is overly charged.

I wanted to support Canadian owned business and purchased these tires from this location. 3 days later one of them popped on me on the highway, on the left lane and I almost crushed my car. I went to the store and tried to return them as I lost trust in the quality of these Motomaster beauties. Sadly, the owner of the store, Chris (refused to give me his last name) told me that he couldn’t take them back since my dealer installed them. On that day staff of this store couldn’t install these for me so went to my dealer and had these professionally installed. What really gets me that the owner wouldn’t take even the 3 out of the 4 tires back. I know now that I can’t trust these guys when it comes to customer relations and quality of Motomaster products. Mr Chris (whatever your last name is)… you just lost a very loyal customer who used to spend a lot of money at your location… good work!

It is organized fairly well and the aisles are mostly clean, with items on the shelves that are properly labelled. Some aisles are less organized though, with items on the ground or on random shelves. Also, the aisles are blocked by skids of products sometimes. I've not had a problem with finding staff to answer questions. The staff is following Covid protocols. Overall, shopping here is a good experience.
