β β β β β This Canadian Tire (Auto) is one of my favourite location. Close to home and very professional employees. Brandon is a superb employee. Quickly managed to locate the item i was seeking for without any problem.

β β β β β If you know what aisle(s) you're looking for, a visit can be relatively quick. If not, it can be somewhat hard to find someone to help you.
Otherwise, it's pretty neat and spacious. Checkout is usually fast. Curbside pickup helps.

β β β β β The manager, Sherri and person at the auto desk were not helpful. I bought a car battery about three weeks ago. I was informed to bring my old battery back and can get my $20 battery chargeback but was never told to bring in my receipt. I am nine months pregnant, so a friend of mine was kind enough to come with me to help carry the old heavy battery into the store. I explained to both the girl at the auto desk and then the manager that I did not have the receipt on me but the purchase transaction is under my phone number with my car info. I have used Canadian Tire for more than 10 years for all my auto needs and have never had an issue. Both the manager and girl behind the auto desk were so rude and had so much attitude. They refused to pull up my info and refused to help me with my return. I will never shop or get my car fixed at this location. I have no idea how Sherri is even a manager with that kind of attitude.

β β β β β This is one of the three Canadian Tires in my area and the employees here are always friendly and helpful. I have been here to pick up numerous items from the automotive department and they have always done the most to help me out. Just yesterday I needed a battery replaced in a car but the battery was a weird type of fit but the (who I assume was the head of the automotive department based on his uniform) explained what I should do to see if the battery was sufficient as to not lose my money on the purchase. The battery ended up working perfectly.
The rest of the store appears to be up to the typical Canadian Tire standard too.

β β β β β Well run and stocked Canadian Tire store. Great selection of cheap patio furniture, and cheap Xmas decorations. They also carry gardening supplies and pretty much any household item you can imagine: pots and pans, cleaning supplies, small gadgets.
There is also a paint centre and you can get tires and car supplies here too.
The staff is generally very friendly and willing to help, i found them very knowledgable.

β β β β β Products are good, and some are great. However, depending on the item you're looking for, stock levels and availability of knowledgeable service staff are sometimes thin. I've gone to the store on the first day of the weekly flyer sale only to be told the item was not in stock or, in one case, could not be located in the store. That's my only knock, I will still shop at CT like my parents always have..

The employees are very courteous and take their time to help you and I have asked multiple questions about a product and they always answer courteously .. I also get my money worth with Canadian Tires.
