P	Praveen Pious on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited with particular location to return a couple of items purchased from Amazon. The employees are helpful and they offer great customer service with a smile in their faces.
A	Another Google User (M. B.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be the best post office in Burnaby. Not sure what happened. The lady manager or senior (mature) employee here has such a bad, lazy attitude this might be the reason. Many people have complained about the changes to their hours and the fact that even Canada Post's official website has the wrong hours. At this location they have a very unprofessional amateurish sign saying their hours are this. Fortunately, some Google user was successful in posting the change in hours. However, this manager refuses to contact Canada Post and have them change the hours. Such laziness and poor work ethics is unacceptable. Everyone should report her to Canada Post.

Hate to go here all the way from Vancouver just because Kerr branch is over it’s capacity! Also now the line up to the canada post is store long. What smart person reduced the hours when all people do is shop online?!
S	Sam Hain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send back a package back to amazon.ca it was a small package and I figure I did not need a tracking number it's going back to amazon.ca Boy! was I so wrong!!! well some were between this post office & amazon.ca some one help there self and decide to help them selfs with my package & I was out of $100 + postage!!! I will never go to that post office ever again they have thieves that work there!!! Canada Post should do some kind of investigation on who works there because who ever does work there sooner or later they will get what's coming to them!!!

U	Uzzi Usman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is inside London drugs. Great speedy service. The guy was nice enough to accept pre paid labels without any wait. I left my boxes and headed out. I would recommend highly, no lineup today. It’s in a big plaza, so you can run many errands at once.
