So I went to Reitmans Market Crossing on Sunday with my family and I was not greeted by anyone at the store. I noticed there were 4 employees in the store, but not one came to my family and I to welcome or greet us. They didn't acknowledge us at all. None of the employees asked if I needed any help, and when we were in the fitting rooms, no one came to assist us when we needed different sizes. The customer service was really bad. Its as if the employees didn't care at all. I will not be going back to this location, as this was a very upsetting experience.

Was looking up something on Google Maps tonight and saw the Reitmans, decided it was time to shout out some praise... My daughter and I make the drive from Washington State every few months to shop at Reitmans (Market Crossing and South Surrey) because we both like their clothes so much -- tailored styles, classic colors, quality fabrics that wear well. We especially like the Hyba workout clothes. Their range of sizes is quite extensive -- petite through 2X. We've always appreciated the good service as well.

i am so happy with the customer service this store provides. i love to go this location, it’s one of my favourite stores. The young manager Karishma was so accommodating, friendly and let me try clothes even though the store was almost closing. Even though the store was busy, we got greeted well and got amazing customer service. It’s good to know the store is open again.

I never had an issue with this store until I had to make a return here. It was my first return (ever) at Reitmans and the saleswoman's attitude quickly switched on me when I mentioned my purpose at the store. This older lady made an unprofessional remark that made me feel very uncomfortable. Funny enough, my friend experienced the same thing and contacted customer service once to complain - unfortunately Reitmans replied and stated they stand behind their employees and does not plan on following up with the store. Good for their employees, bad for the rest of us? Therefore, I decided to comment here rather than emailing customer service.

I am not one to provide any feedback on shopping experiences - but the experience I had at your location on Marine Way couldn’t go on without me mentioning anything. The service was fantastic! I was warmly welcomed and a lady (I think could have been the manager) was extremely helpful in providing me guidance on what to buy for my mom and sister. Even though there was no size available on what I personally wanted (which happened to be what the manager was wearing) she kindly offered to order it for me. It is truly nice to know there is still great customer service considering the hesitation I see in other stores towards helping customers due to the pandemic.

I went in today to look for specific jeans. Although my size wasnt there, i was assisted by Faby who helped me order the size i was looking for. She took her time, was very thorough and very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured to buy, and was not rushed in the least. The store was very clean, organized and the atmosphere was light and cheerful, which cant be said for every store. I will definitely go back! Thank-you again Faby!!

I don't write reviews normally but the service I received was too appalling for me not to. The older lady (shorter side) who I assume is the manager was so rude and offered resistance to help. I first went to ask if they had another size in a shirt I found in the store, and the younger lady working (who was super nice & very helpful) immediately offered to look on the computer, but the older lady very tartly said to me since it's on sale so whatever is out is all there is- not even trying to help. Then when I asked for a refund on a belt I bought online she rudely told me that accessories are on final sale. Kept repeating "it's final sale" while interrupting me as I was saying that it never said that online when I made the purchase. She literally told me that if I have an issue with the website that's not her problem & I can go somewhere else. She then continues to glare at me and won't even budge to apologize or help- not even offering a size exchange. Like excuse me? I'm not expecting much here other than to be treated civilly like a decent human being would. So disgusted by her attitude. You are working in customer service- if you can't even do the basics of your job which is being nice to your customers, why are you here? Honestly the younger lady working is a way better fit for a manager- please promote her. I've been a long time reitmans customer but after the way I was treated today I don't feel like coming back.

I visited the store on Marine Drive today - I was impressed by the organization of the store even clearance! There were 2 people working and both were courteous and helpful. I will definitely return to this location!
