I work nearby, so I frequently go into this location to purchase items ( shampoos, hair products, makeup, snacks, household items etc.) I have gone in over the last few days looking for Tazo Chai tea; which happen to be on sale this week 2/$8.00. Anyways, the one I want I can't seem to find anywhere. It's my favorite tea brand and flavour. I asked an associate; George was his name I believe, who was busy working grocery items onto the shelf. He more than happily walked me over, looked at all the tags on the shelf and explained to me politely that the store just underwent a new layout. He then tells me to follow him to the computer upfront as he will look up the product to see about inventory. After looking up the product, he told me that it is temporialy out of stock. George was so helpful and I really appreciate him taking his time to look up the product for me like that to see the status of it. Wonderful customer service, very friendly and made me feel welcome. Thank you George.

I bought a birthday gift from the online store. I checked my near by store location which shown that they have it in stock. So I placed the order and also received a confirmation email for this order. Then I waited for the pick up notification email. Everything seems alright at that point. However, after two days I received another email saying that the product is sold out in that location. But the product still shows available in the location I chose when I checked it online again. I called the customer service and also talked to their manager, the only response I got from them basically is asking me to go away. They told me that is not their fault and they can do nothing else. Things like this happened, no one take responsibility and no one wants to solve the situation for their customers. What a good service attitude.

London drugs has got to be one of my favorite stores. Whether it's to find a regular drug store need, quality cosmetics, specialty food item, or to grab a quick gift, London Drugs rarely disappoints. Great price right now on pottery for your garden!!!

I went to pick up my online order today from the Customer Service. Amira was helpful but unfortunately she did not have other coworkers to support her when she used her walkie talkie to call her coworkers to retrieve my order. I waited for about 15 minutes and she was pretty frustrated that nobody could help her. She apologized and she said she would get it herself. While she was feeling frustrated, she mumbled something how it's so "dumb". I knew she was referring to the situation but still... One of the customers she was dealing with heard that comment and assumed she was calling him "dumb" and later she explained herself. I agreed with that customer that as much as you are feeling annoyed/ frustrated, you should have kept it to yourself so that you can be professional. I feel bad for the staff but then again when I was browsing through the aisles, I saw many staffs, so how come nobody was able to assist Customer Services...

This pharmacy should be your last resort. Delays in getting your prescription are inexcusable. The line-up on any given day or time is very long to obtain your prescription, thanks [largely] to the elderly (should retire) male pharmacist that spends an exceptionally long time with customers. Perhaps he uses his job as a social "escape" but he just keeps on rambling on and on, speaking in a Bonnie Henry like-manner. I think he's slow as molasses. Hearing hims speak is like someone is scratching their nails on a chalkboard. Additionally, it seems he's forgetful in my experience. The pharmacy support staff at the cashier level seemed to be either incredibly stressed and rushed, or they simply are like bots and don't really listen to you after they spoke their scripted lines. When [other] senior pharmacists are available, things do run a [bit] more efficiently and smoothly. However, the entire pharmacy in my opinion needs a staff "makeover" and physical barriers in place to keep customers in the pharmacy 2 metres apart (at all times). This is not the case now. As far as the store itself goes, I agree, Customer Service was top=notch. Now, it's hard to find someone should you have a question or look for an item. Perhaps this is a reflection of young people today working in this industry. I now try to fill my RXs at Save On Foods. When Edward was manager, things were extremely efficient. However, he has moved-on and Cindy is the new manager. I miss Edward. TLTR: pay close attention to the negative reviews/comments. Ignore the positive ones.

I'm really shocked by the way I was treated at this London Drugs. I am a first time mother who had coupons for formula that I got mailed from the supplier directly. I had several different coupons for $8 off and $10 off specific products. I made sure to check the fine print and purchase the ones I needed. The cashier had to call a manager over because the coupons were "a lot". I was given an initial attitude from the cashier like I had so many coupons it was making her work harder for her. When the manager came over, she said I couldn't use more than 1, even though I was not stacking any coupons or deals. I was using 1 coupon for one product at a time. I have worked as a cashier at grocery stores before and know how to read the fine print too. So I said, "fine then I'll just have to put them on different transactions". She looked puzzled, realized she made no sense at all, and said "yes you'l have to do that". So instead of doing her job properly, she made the cashier's job even harder by making her ring up every item separately and it caused a big line. Absolutely insane.. Your managers need to be trained better and stop discriminating people who have legitimate coupons. Especially mother's who need to save as much money as possible. I'll never shop at this store again.
