★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the customer service at the Burnaby location. Tried to return unworn work boots 6 days after purchase to exchange for a smaller size. We were told because I tried on the boot, we are not allowed to return it. OMG…. I will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited this location numerous times. everytime i search through the men's wear there is literally nothing but L,XL,XXL and XXXL sizes! absolutely rediculous. who is doing their purchasing and keeping track of inventory?
i would have bought a few items i liked but couldnt because of lack of sizing.
store manager-"get more small and medium sizing!"
i wont be returning to this location. very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection at the location seems vast but when looking through it, its all large sizes so someone like me it was a waste of time going to look for work clothes as i need small sizes NOT 3XL which the website said they had small sizes. But the location was clean and the staff was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be worst location, it is always a complete disaster if I could give negative star I would, the male work boot area is absolutely ridiculous, every boot is mixed and matched and don't know where anything is and when asking for help they have no idea, that's IF you can find help on the floor. After waiting 15 mins for someone to come help I ended up getting on the ladder my self because my husband and I don't have all day to get customer service. The attitudes from the employees is also unreal. If you don't know your product do not work here. We will never come back to this location we have tried it 3 times nothing has changed so definitely not just bad day. It seems to be the norm here. Definitely enter at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the mark’s biggest branches I have ever seen. They have a big collection and variety of footwear and clothes from safety ones to a normal casual garments. However when I was looking for safety glasses, the one I can wear it in the top of my prescription glasses I couldn’t found, seems to be an issue in all Mark’s located in Vancouver.
