They are by the books and even though i've been into this locate to pick up packages may times they always ask for ID. Which they have to do by law. Not sure why people who have no picture ID are complaining about this.Also most service industry people know that if you are waiting on a customer you are not going to stop waiting on them to pick up the phone , ignoring them. So again i can't understand the negative for not answering the phone. I have phoned the location many times about a package and when i get the machine i just phone back in 5 -10 minutes , pretty simple.

There are a lot of regulations with running a post office that the average person doesn't always understand but I find the staff here are clear and concise in explaining them. They're always saying hello and smiling when I visit and answer all my questions when I have them. The location is central in Uptown New West and I'm pleased with the service I receive.

Love the idea for neighbourhood post offices (compared to one big concrete jungle with bureaucrats (last century).

Saw my package being handed into the post office since it couldnt fit in the mail box ( didnt have time to reach out to the mail man ) went in 3 times today to pick up my order, even showed a delivery notice and my ID, but told me it's going to arrive next week. Poor customer service, they could've checked themselves in the storage.
M	Matthew Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff and fast service. Those providing poor reviews might want to bring ID or remember that Canada Post delivers - not the staff at this office. I use FlexDelivery to ship here instead of my apartment and it's nice to know my boxes will always be safely received. The staff quickly gets my package after offering 1 piece of photo id, and they let me unpack and leave my empty boxes/packaging here which is a nice bonus.

C	Claire L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel bad to leave a negative review, but oh my gosh, one of the new staff is beyond rude! Impertinent! I am more familiar with male Asian staff with glasses, who's always helpful and he really does his best to help out. He strictly follows the PO policies so as long as you have everything ready, your day will be smooth. Today I had to deal with this pregnant Philipino/ Vietnamese?? staff for the second time. She was rude the first time, I just thought maybe she's having a bad day or something. Now I can tell that she's just a rude, unpleasant employee. As a customer, would she appreciate the same customer service she provided? I don't think so. I felt that she picks a person who she can be rude at. I am usually a soft-spoken person but I had to change my tone, because she was giving me an attitude without any valid reason. I literally just asked her if my parcel arrived for a pick up. Once I changed my tone, it didn't take too long until she switched her voice and gesture. I mean... is it not in the job description? Did I ask for impossible? The way she changed her attitude was just hilarious. So... she treats everyone like that until someone gets upset then chooses to be less rude? I am disgusted. I tried my best not to raise my voice, I'm glad I did. Maybe she can get a different job that makes her a bit happier? Hmm.
