The staff were extremely accommodating with our situation and the manager went out of her way to help us. The cabins are nice private suites with a traditional log cabin feel. You cannot beat the value you get here especially when coupled with a SkiBig3 package. I'll be returning.
G	Gordon Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are nice. Everything is close to the main building. A bit of a drive into town. Taxis were usually okay to get. Lots of parking. Restaurant is hit and miss and not always open. Great views. Well maintained grounds
S	Scott Rypstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice lodge feel to it. Nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. Obviously in very quiet part of town (outside of town really—near highway). Lots of room—open floor space. Seems recently upgraded finishing materials (tile, headboards, etc.) very classy.

They are very pet accommodating, even gave Stella a few treats and a rope toy. Nice little restaurant as well. I didn't get to check out the hot tubs but highly recommended.

We were thankfully able to have an outdoor ceremony and with their new backdrop it was beautiful. Shout out to the staff and the delicious food at the reception.

The linens, surfaces, and bathroom were clean, but the floor hadn't been swept, the oven hadn't been cleaned, and the room smelled musty (thank goodness the windows opened). The mattress should be thrown out - we kept rolling into each other all night. It wasn't all bad, The staff were friendly, the pool always had fresh towels, and the price was reasonable compared to downtown Banff. And of course, beautiful scenery! That being said, I don't think we'll be staying here again.
T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of potential and very good staff, My family stayed here 7 nights and went skiing. Has everything you need, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, pool, gym outdoor spa, squash. Didn't eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment there. Now I realize we are coming out of the pandemic so maybe the budget is tight, but when you are able, going to need to spruce the place up a bit, example Carpets, clean up the pool area, some paint etc....it looks a bit rough...in the meantime what can be done is a more thorough cleaning of the place including the rooms, the bathrooms are a little dirty, including the vents. Put a little emphasis on cleaning and disinfecting of the place in the meantime this will go far. Nice place, great staff, almost at 5 stars.
S	Stephen Penney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to say bad about places but this has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed in as far as mountain cabins go. The buildings are very old and they do not keep them very clean. I was fine with both of those things at first because it is fun to just have a rustic experience sometimes but if you’re looking for peace and quiet do not stay here. These old buildings are small 2 story buildings so someone is on the ground level (us) and someone is on top. We had a family upstairs above us with children and a dog. All you can hear is constant footsteps and banging all day long. No reprieve at all. We did ask if it was possible to change rooms but they didn’t have anything available. We had this place booked for a week and left for home after staying one night. There are much better places to stay in Banff. IMO this whole resort should be torn down and rebuilt. Buildings are so beat up and worn out.
