β β β β β I visited here this morning to deposit a cheque, and everyone was smiling and saying "Good morning" to me. I felt very welcomed even when they just opened when most places are not quite cheery in the mornings haha. I had the pleasure to deal with Levi and he was very helpful !

β β β β β The financial planner I talked to didn't told me an important detail before taking an appointment about the rules when opening a business account. I went there the next day and wasted an hour of my day. Really they should train their staffs better. Going back to my old bank

Plus the answer was asking me 'whether I have an existing serive or not'.

β β β β β For years I was confused at how this institution was being run so poorly...Then I found out it is operated by the Alberta Government. This now makes sense as I have experienced: lost files, long wait times, high turnover, wrong addresses on mortgages, antiquated computer system. Some nice people, but overall not good.

β β β β β This branch has done nothing but give me severe emotional distress. I was a victim of fraud and the "branch manager" Samantha Terry has told me there is nothing ATB can do. On top of that Samantha has been rude and when we asked what she would do to try to help us she said nothing. Where is your duty of care? Why put someone down even more after all my life savings is now gone. Complete negligence done by ATB as my account has been taken for a total of $15,000 by fraud in increments of $1000 over the span of two days with no security measures in place to lock my account or even notify me that this has happened. I even have an email showing they suspected fraud sent to the branch email (not mine) after everything was already taken. Her excuse was, it happened in the evening. So you guys don't have a 24/7 security team? How could you guys let this happen. Do not keep your money at ATB as they have no security measures to get your money back if you've been a victim of fraud. Not only did they let these unauthorized international transactions go through, they even allowed the fraudster to disable my verbal password and change my phone number. That didn't raise red flags? Furthermore, Samantha has said she would update my information so I could get verified when I call in to the ATB hotline but they haven't been able to verify me for the past 4 days. I will not stop until this is resolved!
