Customer service over the phone is very poor. Always sounding sarcastic. Is this the way customer should be treated? I wish all conversations were recorded.

i think 1 of the best bank i ever deal banking fee is free if u dont like paying bank fee this is the bank for u

Worst branch, worst banking institution. Closing account. Moving to ATB. If you are looking for a smaller financial institution I would highly suggest you do also. No personal service. High staff turnover. I have been banking with this institution for over 20 years but this is not the same Credit Union I became a member of. Whatever you do, do not open a business account here.

I ? First Calgary Financial! I have banked here for several years and I pay no fees. I was skeptical at the start but I haven't found the catch yet. I receive the same if not better service than I ever have received at any other major institution and when no other bank would help me they did. They to this day continue to provide great service and great solutions.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a financial institution. I tried to set up a chequing account and was accused of "having an attitude" and "being on [my] phone" when searching for a document she requested. I've had bank accounts with most major banks as well as brokerage accounts etc. and I've never been treated anywhere near this poorly by TD, CIBC, BMO, or Servus Credit Union. I ended up walking out and taking my business elsewhere. Maybe Julie feels as though she needs to lecture people and tell them how to behave, but in my opinion, she has no business interacting with customers in any capacity.

Great service!! Thanks to Mackenzie who just made our lives a whole lot easier. Like my wife says, "When have they ever let us down?" connectFirst has helped us buy and sell the homes we are living in, and provide our every day banking. Great job guys!

Ridiculous service over the past few days. I have to pay $50 fee to organize a wire transfer. Which has to be done in branch. Branch hours are 9.30-5 which is impractical and unworkable. Go on the one day they are open till 6, to be able to do the paperwork but not the transfer. Complete paperwork via email next day. Have to phone for confirmation as I get nothingvia email as promised. Only to get called back to say they've sent the wrong currency and now the transfer won't be done until Monday. Clowns
