They promised lot of things at the airport and then took an absolutely u-turn. Horrifying experience. DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT TAKING THIS AIRLINE.

I was on hold for 3 hours and by the time I got a hold of someone, they hung up on me and said to figure it out myself. Never going to book a flight with them ever again.

And what’s upsetting us is every time they cancel it we have to figure out the PCR test again and again. And this tests aren’t cheap. You guys need to figure this out. It’s really frustrating!!!
A	Ahmed Farooq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In summary, they stole $1400 from me and my wife. We had a flight credit that we could not use due to the pandemic and then due to pregnancy. We just want our money back, but we're willing to travel next year too when it's more safe for our baby. But American airlines said they were pleased to announce an update that doesn't honour our flight credits from 2019 which were extended only until the borders were STILL CLOSED!! This is a company that represents the US in their name "American Airlines" absolute garbage organization I feel bad for the customer service reps who have to speak between customers and the thieves that run the organization. Give us our money back or at least the credit and you'll have earned the 1 star I gave (should be 0 or a negative value).
