The worst experience we ever got. The Doctor kept telling that my little child doesn't need any test neither any further treatment nor he was willing to put any test in order to verify why she is passing out some times. Hardly he approved to put blood test in place after begging him. TMC showed all the attention we were looking for.

There was a miscommunication as I showed up on time and was notified not to come only after i arrived. I Wish that could have been clarified earlier to avoid my trouble of getting all the way from there when i could have done a phone call from home. I also had negative tests to show but i understand if its still policy. I believed i didnt have covid symptoms and just wish i could have been notified earlier and not left to wait 20 minutes in the cold

Amazing services and doctors. They listen to your issues calmly and main thing is gives time to explain your issues. Fantastic, support from receptionist as well. I got injured on my back, and they examined me very politely and listened to my issues. My pain was horrible and Dr. Fatma made sure that I am comfortable and provided me with knowledge and support to help with my back injury. Thank you!!! You are really doing great work.

Absolutely Horrible service. The intercom needs to be placed inside its way to loud to hear anything with it being right beside the busy main road.. which causes communication errors. And I would brief your staff on how to talk to human beings with compassion/empathy and basic respect. These are people that are seeking medical attention!?. They don't need the obvious attitude from your admin staff. If you are telling someone to come back.. completely fine..but don't be an utterly disgusting human about it.

I came in hoping to get some relief for a current migraine episode I have been having for 2 weeks. As well as seek advice for ongoing treatment for my migraines as it has been hard for me to track down a neurologist since I moved provinces. The doctor came in to see me and after I tried to tell her about new symptoms and areas of concern which were abnormal for my typical migraine presentation (which my neurologist back home told me I needed to seek medical attention in the case of). After indicating where I was feeling pain she touched a spot that I didn’t indicate and I politely corrected her and showered her where I had originally indicated and her response was attitude and telling me I was wrong and that’s not where I said is was. Which I find a bit confusing as I am the one experiencing the pain? I then asked if this could be possibly related to my migraine as a family member I had spoken to said it likely is and requires additional inspection I was told that I was talking about too many things and that we just needed ti focus on my migraine that day. I felt like all that I had said was completely ignored and disregarded. I looked at the wall because I was trying too keep myself from experiencing an anxiety attack. I was overwhelmed and uncomfortable and I have severe ADHD which causes me to shift my vision pretty constantly which lead to my doctor saying “what’s wrong with you why are you looking at the wall while I’m here talking to you”. I was not given advice or any insight I was just told to take a prescription and leave. As someone who works in health care and knows the foundations and values that patient treatment is based on I felt so ignored and uncomfortable and defeated. I don’t recommend coming here if you need genuine care or empathy. The building itself is very nice but the way I was treated honestly was beyond frustrating and so upsetting sand completely disregards all patient care theory and honestly just lacks respect.
